Subjugator and Thol the Invincible All Loot – Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 now has a second raid boss, but it’s actually two bosses you’ll face together: Subjugator and Thol the Invincible. They offer unique and powerful Legendary and Pearlescent weapons, so players will want to know where to find them and what rewards they offer.

Before you face the new challenges in Borderlands 4, it’s important to have strong gear and a well-planned build, because the Invincibles are tough opponents. This is especially true if you’re trying to defeat them on the highest difficulty setting (Ultimate Vault Hunter Rank 6), which will unlock an even harder mode. We’ll show you where to find Subjugator and Thol the Invincible, and what rewards they drop.

Subjugator and Thol the Invincible Raid Boss Location in Borderlands 4

South of Dissected Plateau in The Fadefields

  • Head to any major town to pick up “Brothers in Ham” from the mission bounty board.

The nearest fast travel point is the Wyclef’s Reprieve safehouse, located in the southeastern part of Idolator’s Noose. From there, simply head south and continue along the path until you reach the Lair of the Subjugator. Once inside, you’ll need to make your way to the boss.

Defeating one boss before the other will empower the remaining boss and reward you with its items. It’s generally easier to take down Subjugator first, as this simplifies Thol’s final stage compared to dealing with Subjugator’s abilities.

Subjugator and Thol the Invincible Loot Drops in Borderlands 4

The last stage of the fight changes what items you receive. To get items from a specific boss, defeat the other boss first when they appear together. For instance, if you want items from Thol, you need to kill Subjugator first so you can fight Thol in the final stage.
