As a researcher, I’ve recently come across some intriguing information from an insider source involved with Dogecoin and X. Approximately a month ago, this individual cautioned the crypto community about false announcements regarding Tesla and SpaceX accepting cryptocurrencies other than Dogecoin for merchandise purchases. According to @cb_doge’s warning, both companies headed by Elon Musk have explicitly stated they only accept DOGE for such transactions. Any rumors or announcements suggesting otherwise should be viewed with skepticism.
Around the beginning of May, Dogecoin made it onto Tesla’s accepted payment methods, according to U.Today’s reporting.
The Dogecoin community believes that Elon Musk’s X social media platform is likely to adopt Dogecoin for internal transactions by the end of this year. Previously, @cb_doge has announced on several occasions that such payments would be initiated towards the end of 2024.
