Summary
- Unlock the Warehouse at Hustler V rank for black market access.
- Shirley and Molly supply specialized ingredients and drugs.
- Hire employees and expand operations at the Warehouse.
In everyday life, one can blend in easily while shopping at hardware stores or hanging out near skateparks. However, when it comes to procuring sensitive items for business purposes, individuals often need to reach out to their contacts within the criminal network. Essential goods such as seeds, weapons, and specialized equipment are typically obtained through these illicit channels.
As the game unfolds, characters will expand their professional contacts and encounter individuals who not only serve as customers but also become partners. The main character’s success hinges on these relationships to expand their business and ascend to the pinnacle, the Kingpin. Some supplies and resources can be obtained from legal stores, but players must establish illicit connections in the Hyland Point underworld to thrive.
7. Oscar
To The Right, In the Warehouse
- Unlock the Warehouse by reaching the rank of Hustler V.
In reality, the building referred to as The Warehouse functions covertly as a hub for illicit activities, the heart of the criminal network residing in Highland Point. Accessible exclusively during the night, it caters to the underworld’s shadowy dealings. Within its confines lies an ATM that proves convenient, as no one in this establishment prefers transactions involving traceable credit cards.
So far in the game, Dan’s Hardware has sufficed to cater to the player’s needs for expanding, blending, yielding, and storing. But once the player advances to the Hustler V level, their operation becomes substantial enough that it necessitates sophisticated equipment, which is where Oscar enters the picture.
6. Shirley Watts
Located In Westville
- Unlock with Hoodlum I and a Chemistry Station.
When it comes to preparing meth, that’s when you should connect with Shirley. She’s a key supplier in our circle who stocks the necessary materials for this specific product – in her case, pseudoephedrine, a crucial ingredient in manufacturing methamphetamine. Interestingly, Jerry, your contact for Molly, is also acquainted with Shirley.
Shirley serves as a supplier and offers one specific strain of cannabis for sale. In contrast, our friend Albert manages four distinct types of cannabis seeds. Nevertheless, her primary role is centered around selling varying grades of pseudo – low, standard, and high-quality. After mastering the mini-quest on cooking meth, players will frequently visit her.
5. Molly Presley
Located In The Brown Apartment, Westville
- Meet Molly through regular customer Jerry Montero.
Over time, as the player navigates business transactions in Highland Point, they will establish a robust network of contacts. Among these contacts, they will encounter a character named Jerry Montero, who resides in Westville. Should players engage with Jerry for an extended period and maintain a satisfactory level of customer service, he may introduce them to Shirley Watts and Molly Presley, two other dealers in the area.
As a gamer, I’m the one who peddles goods to the players, yet I don’t acquire any resources or raw materials from me. However, my services come at a premium compared to Benji, the initial vendor they encounter. Molly requires an upfront investment of $1000 and takes a 20% cut on every transaction, making her more expensive. But she deals in high-end, serious goods, taking on bigger risks, which explains why she commands a higher price. She’s worth it because she brings in the big bucks.
4. Albert Hoover
Available In Person Or Via Dead Drop
- Uncle Nelson hooks the player up when they arrive in town.
When the primary character arrives at Hyland Point, Uncle Nelson has stepped inside, but he can still be reached through a pay phone. He introduces the player to one of their crucial underworld associates. Initially, Albert Hoover offers just a single item – cannabis seeds. At the beginning of the story, this character’s only strain is available for sale.
Initially, transactions involving smaller amounts are handled using drop boxes in business. As the story unfolds and the main character advances beyond being a Street Rat, Hoover’s inventory will grow to include more potent, costly strains. Rather than requiring the protagonist to place orders over the phone, Hoover will arrange face-to-face meetings for the exchange of larger quantities of product in public areas.
3. Manny
Upstairs In The Warehouse
- Unlock the Warehouse by reaching the rank of Hustler V.
nearly all items in the Warehouse can be found elsewhere (with weapons being an exception), but it’s solely here that the player can recruit staff for their secretive group. Workers like Cleaners, Handlers, Botanists, and Chemists handle the routine tasks of producing and gathering the product, allowing the main character to focus on high-level activities.
Alternative dealers can be found through personal recommendations and close acquaintances. However, Manny insists on payment in cash for the assistants essential to the protagonist’s endeavor. An upfront investment, daily compensation, and lodging are necessary for each of them. Fortunately, Manny is willing to aid in securing suitable accommodations as well.
2. Benji Coleman
Lives In Motel Room #2
- Reach out to a mutual friend to unlock the player’s first dealer.
As a gamer, I’ve encountered many dealers out there, but it was Benji Coleman who made my first introduction into this world. He wasn’t just another dealer; he was one recommended by a trusted friend. For a fair signing fee and a commission on each sale, Benji proved to be an invaluable asset to my gaming business.
Instead of having individual sales meetings with clients, the player can delegate up to eight clients to Benji for sales. As long as the player ensures Benji has a steady supply of product, he can handle customer transactions, freeing up the player’s boss for other tasks like growing, mixing, and producing. As the game advances into dealing harder substances and additional staff becomes necessary, the player can recruit another dealer, Molly, through their network.
1. Uncle Nelson
Connected By Phone
- A kind friend since the very beginning.
At the outset of the story, the main character resides contentedly in a roomy RV (similar to a Winnebego) next to Uncle Nelson’s residence on the same piece of land. The RV is large enough to accommodate a small indoor garden, and not only does Uncle Nelson know about it, but he also supports and assists with managing its production and distribution.
Unfortunately, legal issues arise and Uncle Nelson needs to head indoors, leaving the main character to escape in their large, retro 1970s campervan. Upon arriving at Hyland Point, they only have a phone call from Nelson that offers some useful connections as assistance. After losing the campervan, all the player is left with is the network Nelson established and his ongoing advice.
