As a die-hard gamer eagerly awaiting the launch of the new game mode, I can’t help but share my excitement about the detailed unveiling of all the unique Items and Powers for every hero in Overwatch 2. The latest update came in the form of an enormous infographic, neatly breaking down the exclusive abilities each character will wield when Stadium goes live.

While I’m well aware that more heroes and maps are on their way, and some Powers might get rotated out later, this info is golden for those of us hoping to maximize our chosen characters’ potential in Stadium at launch. Can’t wait to jump into the game and test these new abilities!

All Overwatch 2 Stadium Powers and Items

In Overwatch 2, items can be obtained using Stadium Cash which is accumulated progressively throughout each round by defeating key Bounty targets or selling previously bought items. The items come in three different rarities – Common, Rare, and Epic – with the latter offering more significant enhancements to a hero’s abilities but at higher costs. These upgrades are categorized into Weapon Items for primary and secondary fire improvements, Ability Items for special skills advancement, and Survival Items that aid in prolonging battle survival. Although most items offer general advantages applicable to numerous heroes, each character has unique options tailored to enhance their distinct traits and combat techniques.

Instead of choosing, powers are pre-selected enhancements that can be applied before rounds one, three, five, and seven. These enhancements significantly change a character’s gameplay dynamics, such as Ana’s Area-of-Effect Nano Boost, Reinhardt’s Magma Strike with lava trails for Fire Strike, or Ashe’s B.O.B. Junior, which summons a smaller, weaker version of B.O.B at half the ultimate cost. Unlike items, players cannot exchange their powers once chosen, making these choices crucial.

Junker Queen Cassidy Juno
Orisa Genji Kiriko

Soldier: 76 Moira

It’s peculiar that the infographic posted by Overwatch 2 omitted the Survival Items for Orisa, showing the same options for D.Va instead. Since Blizzard hasn’t yet updated the image, fans of Orisa might need to wait until April 22 when Stadium goes live in Overwatch 2 to learn about her defensive Item options as the Defender of Numbani.
