As a die-hard esports fan who has been following Valorant since its inception, I couldn’t be more thrilled about Bang (bangzerra) joining Sentinels! This young gun has already made a name for himself with his impressive stints at TSM and 100 Thieves. Despite not yet securing a Valorant Champions title, his unyielding determination is evident in every move he makes.
In the realm of Valorant, renowned professional player Bang (bangzerra) has formally joined the colossal esports group, Sentinels. This announcement was made shortly following his departure from the Valorant team of 100 Thieves, which took place a few days ago.
Bang Joins Sentinels’s Valorant Team
Since the VCT is currently on a break, numerous teams are busy recruiting fresh talent in order to gear up for the 2025 season. The Sentinels are not an exception.
Following their runner-up finish in the Red Bull Home Ground North American Qualifier, the team has now brought on board Bang as a new member. This skilled player previously competed on 100 Thieves and at one time was part of TSM, earning him a reputation as a highly accomplished Valorant athlete.
Though Bang has represented several prominent esports teams in the past, he hasn’t yet clinched a Valorant Champions title. However, his recent stint with Sentinels suggests a high level of determination.

On Twitter, Bang expressed that his decision to depart from 100 Thieves was the toughest call of his professional career. He acknowledged that this news might bring joy to some and sorrow to others. Despite wishing he could have contributed more to 100T’s victories, he takes pride in what they achieved together.
Making one of the toughest calls in my professional journey, I recognize that this decision brings joy to some and sorrow to others. Regrettably, I couldn’t help 100T secure more victories, but I am immensely proud of what we managed to achieve together.
