“Wen ADA?” Cardano Founder Sends Trolling Message to Gemini at TOKEN2049

As a seasoned analyst with over two decades of experience in the tech and finance industry, I find myself intrigued by the recent developments at TOKEN2049 in Singapore. The event brings together the cream of the crop from the crypto and blockchain world, and this year is no exception.

Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, shared a picture from him attending the TOKEN2049 blockchain gathering held in Singapore.

He was captured by a camera standing next to the stand of the Gemini crypto exchange run by the Winklevoss twins and holding a piece of paper, which says “Wen ADA?”

I’m just saying… @Gemini

As a crypto investor, I often find myself asking, “When will meme coins like Shiba Inu and BabyDoge be listed on popular exchanges?” However, when it comes to Cardano (ADA), I’m pleased to say that it has already found a home on Gemini’s trading platform.

At this significant blockchain gathering, Hoskinson appears to be enjoying himself alongside an array of distinguished figures in the crypto and blockchain realm, including Richard Teng from Binance, BitMEX’s Arthur Hayes, Edward Snowden, and Balaji Srinivasan.

Vitalik Buterin raises eyebrows by singing at TOKEN2049

At the TOKEN2049 event, videos of Vitalik Buterin giving a presentation have been extensively shared because, unexpectedly, he started singing on stage.

Many began to criticize the Ethereum co-founder for this, saying that they expect now ETH to go down. Among them was Bitcoin maximalist and JAN3 CEO Samson Mow. He tweeted: “POV: You flew for 15 hours to Singapore and spent thousands of dollars on airfare, hotel, and conference tickets.” And also: “Tell me Ethereum is dying without telling me Ethereum is dying.”

Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus suggested banning crypto events, commenting on a video of Vitalik singing.

“I’m optimistic about this situation because we understand that it takes a great deal of bravery.

I’m bullish here because we know this requires a lot of courage. @VitalikButerin 😂

Charles Hoskinson refrained from mocking Vitalik, instead, he frequently voiced his critiques towards certain aspects of Ethereum rather than the same characteristics found in projects like Cardano.

Yet, instead of remaining idle, he took action by extending support to Elon Musk following his revelation that Neuralink, Musk’s company, had developed a device called Blindsight, which enables visually impaired individuals to partially regain their sight.

It was predicted by him that traditional media might criticize Musk due to this groundbreaking creation: “I can hardly contain my excitement to witness media backlash against Elon for this. Time Magazine headline: ‘Blindness Might Be Better Than You Think!’

DOGE co-creator Markus also gave praise to Musk for this achievement of his company earlier today.
