While exploring the coastal region of Outbound, you’ll come across the Stormhold Overpass, a large bridge connecting two land areas, in the north. Unlike other locations, you won’t find a terminal to scan for blueprints here. Instead, your goal is to locate a specific lookout point offering a full view of the overpass. If you’re unsure what a lookout is or where to find it on the map in Outbound, this guide will help.
Stormhold Overpass Lookout Location Summary
- Head to the Stormhold Overpass in the north of the coastal biome
- Look to the northeast of the bridge to find a small wooden observation deck on the edge of the cliffside.
- Walk over to the binoculars and look towards the bridge to complete the objective.
Where to Find Stormhold Overpass Lookout in Outbound
As a fellow explorer, let me tell you how to find the Stormhold Overpass lookout! It’s pretty easy – head just northeast of where you start, right next to the campfire. That puts you on the north coast of the island, a little bit to the northwest of the path that leads to the rocky canyons. I’ve even added a marker on the map below to help you out!
As you come to this spot, look for a wooden platform overlooking the land. You’ll find a pair of blue binoculars mounted on a stand there. Simply step onto the platform and stand facing the binoculars.
Check near the Stormhold Overpass – it’s the large bridge on your left – and your current quest goal should appear as completed on your list.
There are helpful supplies hidden under the bridge. From the lookout point, face the bridge and look to your left for a path going down. Follow that path to get under the bridge, where you’ll find a supply box with items to assist you on your journey.
Is There a Reward for Viewing the Stormhold Overpass from the Lookout?
Completing this task won’t give you a reward. Simply locate the lookout point and position yourself in front of the blue binoculars there – that will mark the objective as finished, and that’s all.
Completing this task doesn’t give you any useful items like plans or materials to build things for your van. While it feels a little unnecessary, it’s good to know you can skip it without losing out on anything important.
