- Breaking news: Coinbase is about to list WLD coins on the Optimism network! (Yes, you heard that right.)
- WLD price has totally ditched its falling trend like it’s the last season of a reality show, and demand for altcoins is rising faster than my expectations for dinner delivery.
So, Worldcoin (WLD) was basically *the* star of the altcoin world over the past two weeks. It’s like the Bitcoin (BTC) of the altcoin family (you know, the cool cousin who’s always throwing parties). With Bitcoin flexing above $93k, WLD shot up more than 63% to hover around $1.14 during the late North American trading session. Hey, who’s counting? (Okay, I am.)
Demand for altcoins is pushing WLD’s Futures Open Interest up by more than 2%, which means people are totally buying into the dream of $2 (or $3, or $100… who knows?!)
Midterm Expectations for WLD Price: Spoiler Alert
Since reaching its all-time high of over $10 (I know, it was a while ago, like that one time I actually had a full night of sleep), WLD price has been sliding down the slope of despair. The weekly chart looks like my attempts to clean the house—lower highs, lower lows, rinse and repeat.

But just when we thought it was over, WLD pulled a classic comeback. The price bounced back from its falling trend like a cat meme going viral, breaking through that pesky logarithmic trendline. And guess what? The daily MACD crossed the zero line for the first time this year. Talk about a glow-up!
Even better, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) broke the 70% barrier for the first time this year. The bulls are definitely in control—maybe even too much control, like when I binge-watch a series and forget to do my laundry.
Improving Fundamentals (Don’t Miss This Part)
The Worldchain project is growing faster than my collection of bad puns. With over 12 million unique humans (yes, humans) and more than 26 million World App users, it’s safe to say WLD is making waves. Also, they’ve distributed over 1.5k Orbs in 169 countries. So… there’s a whole global movement happening here, and it’s kind of a big deal.
Coinbase will add support for Worldcoin (WLD) on the Optimism network. Don’t mess it up by sending it on the wrong network. (Your funds won’t thank you.)

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Coinbase Global Inc. (NASDAQ: COIN) is about to list WLD coins on the Optimism network. Yes, the *Coinbase*. Looks like Worldcoin is ready for the big leagues. Institutional investors are taking notice, and so should you.
