Next month, Xbox Game Pass will add two new games: Solarpunk and Shift at Midnight. These additions bring the total number of confirmed games for June 2026 to seven.
Currently, Final Fantasy 6 and Jurassic World Dominion are the first games coming to Microsoft’s subscription service next month. Both are scheduled for release on June 2nd, and were originally announced as part of the May 2026 Xbox Game Pass lineup. Solarpunk and Shift at Midnight have also been confirmed to join them, though only Solarpunk is guaranteed to be included in the initial June 2026 release plan.
Shift at Midnight and Solarpunk Confirm Xbox Game Pass Launches 24 Hours Apart
Although Solarpunk has been scheduled for release on June 8th since April 2026, its publishers, Rokaplay and Metaroot, only confirmed its inclusion with Xbox Game Pass on May 29th. Just a day before, the cooperative horror game Shift at Midnight received its third release date in two weeks – June 17th. Originally planned for May 28th, it was first pushed back to June 18th. The solo developer, Bun Muen, didn’t initially explain the delay but promised more information would be available soon. Ultimately, the delay was due to ensuring Shift at Midnight was fully prepared for its release on Xbox Series X/S and through Game Pass.
