7. Yusuke Urameshi
- Anime: Yu Yu Hakusho
Yusuke Urameshi is a famous troublemaker from the anime and manga series Yu Yu Hakusho. He was known as the strongest delinquent of his generation, and even without any special powers, he was a fierce fighter. At school, he was undefeated, ruling over all the other tough kids, including his rival, Kazuma Kuwabara.
Yusuke Urameshi quickly grew incredibly strong after becoming a Spirit Detective. He became famous for his Spirit Gun attack and defeated many tough opponents, including monsters, humans, demons, and even another spirit detective. Some of his power comes from his ancestry – he’s a descendant of the powerful Demon King Raizen.

In the world of Naruto, Naruto Uzumaki’s life was completely transformed by becoming the host of the Nine-Tails Kurama and, unknowingly, by being the reincarnation of Asura Otsutsuki. From the start, Naruto was meant for something extraordinary – a destiny that would lift him far above the difficult and lonely life he faced as Konoha’s despised outcast.

Jotaro Kujo, the main character of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, is a famously tough and rebellious hero. Instantly recognizable with his unique pompadour hairstyle and school uniform, Jotaro is a classic shonen delinquent whose incredible powers make him a standout character.
Jotaro Kujo is known for his incredible power, which comes from his Stand, Star Platinum. This Stand is one of the strongest in the series when fighting up close, giving Jotaro immense strength, speed, and accuracy to overcome his opponents. Notably, Star Platinum also has the ability to stop time, and Jotaro could once halt it for up to five seconds.
4. Kazuma Kuwabara
- Anime: Yu Yu Hakusho
I’ve always thought Kazuma Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho really nailed the classic ‘delinquent’ look – that bright orange pompadour is a dead giveaway! He’s definitely not as powerful as Yusuke Urameshi, but Kuwabara is still incredibly strong and surprisingly attuned to the supernatural, making him a tough opponent for most high school fighters.
Throughout the series, Kuwabara became significantly more powerful, learning to create spirit swords capable of slicing through nearly anything. Despite being the least powerful member of the Urameshi team, he consistently demonstrated his ability to fight alongside his teammates and even take on incredibly difficult opponents by himself during the Dark Tournament.

3. Oga Tatsumi
- Anime: Beelzebub
Watching Oga Tatsumi as Baby Beel’s adoptive parent really highlights just how incredibly strong he is in Beelzebub. Even without any of Baby Beel’s demonic powers or magical skills rubbing off on him, Oga was always a force to be reckoned with – a seriously tough street fighter who could deliver some brutal punishment to anyone who crossed him.
At first, Tatsumi mostly depended on his physical strength and wrestling skills to win fights. But with the help of Beel and training from Saotome, he became much more powerful. He learned to combine his attacks with demonic energy and use powerful spells through demonic arts.
2. Recca Hanabishi
- Anime: Flame of Recca
Similar to Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho, Recca Hanabishi in Flame of Recca is a classic shonen rebel. However, instead of a Spirit Gun, Recca fights by summoning eight mighty fire dragons. Each dragon has its own name and special power, allowing Recca to attack and defend in various ways.
Recca’s strength in the Ura Buto Satsujin tournament comes from the powerful fire dragons he controls, like Nadare, which lets him throw fireballs, and Saiha, which creates a fire blade. But even without these dragons, Recca is a skilled and quick fighter, capable of winning battles using his ninja techniques.
1. Caulifla
- Anime: Dragon Ball Super
Caulifla is a powerful Saiyan who could likely beat any of the troublemakers on this list, even without transforming into a Super Saiyan. From Universe 6 in Dragon Ball Super, she leads a group of Saiyans who steal from the rich to help those in need, similar to the legendary Robin Hood.
Although Caulifla isn’t as strong as Son Goku right now, her rapid improvement throughout the series is impressive. She reached Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 incredibly quickly – faster than most characters. She’s also determined to master even more powerful Saiyan transformations, and Goku believes she might actually succeed.
