Jura Is Not Exactly After Naruto

Each Shinju clone is modeled after a human original and is pursuing an individual related to their template. For instance, Hidari followed Sasuke Uchiha but now targets Sarada Uchiha; Ryu was after Shinki and now seeks his adoptive father Gaara. Similarly, as Jura’s template is a Tailed Beast, it makes sense that he initially aimed for Naruto Uzumaki, who carries the Nine-Tails chakra. However, upon discovering Himawari Uzumaki, the current Jinchuriki of Kurama and unaware of her power at the time, Jura shifted his focus to her.
