One Piece: Oda May Have Already Revealed The Highest Bounty In The Series

This post contains spoilers for One Piece.

In a world teeming with pirates, it can be challenging to draw the attention of the ruling powers, especially when only the most horrific offenders are given notoriety. The World Government sets bounties on these individuals based on their actions, though there have been instances of selective information manipulation. While numerous high-value bounties have been established, none can rival the legendary pirate from the series “One Piece,” Rocks D. Xebec.

Rocks D. Xebec Has The Highest Bounty In One Piece

Rocks Was An Infamous Pirate

Over the recent chapters of the manga, Oda has focused on Rocks D. Xebec, the captain of the Rocks Pirates. It was disclosed that in the past, Rocks had secretly invaded Marijoa, abducting several kings who were partaking in the Reverie. Moreover, Rocks attacked a Marine Admiral and left him gravely injured. Despite the valiant attempts by the medical staff, the Admiral could not recover and eventually passed away due to his wounds.

Additionally, Rocks ventured into Imu’s frequent haunt, the Flowery Sanctum. Upon arrival at the Flowery Sanctum, Rocks encountered Imu and forewarned them of a future return. It’s clear that this encounter was kept secret, but it undoubtedly influenced their bounty value.

Rocks Was The World Government’s Biggest Enemy

Following his departure from Marijoa, Rocks embarked on finding crewmates by triumphing in Davy Black fights. Once he had amassed new companions, Rocks then started pursuing his objective. At present, it remains uncertain what exactly Rocks aimed for, but it’s clear that it wouldn’t align with the interests of the World Government. This additional activity would probably have boosted his bounty to an unprecedented level.

It seems somewhat paradoxical given Sengoku’s assertion that Roger and Whitebeard held the highest bounties in One Piece, but it could be that Oda, the author, intentionally concealed Rocks’ bounty to create a shocking reveal for readers. Given that he has surprised us with such tactics before, it wouldn’t be out of character if he did so again. For Rocks’ bounty to surpass Roger’s record of 5.564 billion berries, it would have to exceed this amount significantly. Given his superior strength compared to Roger, it’s plausible that Rocks had a bounty of at least 6 billion berries or more in One Piece lore.

Rocks D. Xebec Was The Strongest Pirate Of His Generation

Rocks Was Superior To Every Fighter

  • Rocks was an amazing swordsman
  • He could use all three types of Haki

Rocks D. Xebec wasn’t your typical pirate; he possessed an extraordinary physical power that overpowered many of the finest fighters in the annals of One Piece lore. Above all, Rocks’ Haki posed a significant challenge to anyone who encountered him. When he engaged Harald, an immense shockwave erupted, obliterating everything within a five-kilometer area.

It’s uncertain if Rocks consumed a Devil Fruit, but it seems plausible that he did. To wrap up, Rocks was undoubtedly an exceptional swordsman, with his swordplay being second to none. People claim that his sword strikes were as powerful as a colossal hammer or cannonball. It’s believed that Rocks utilized his swordsmanship to demolish the Gates of Justice – a feat that would be beyond the reach of many One Piece characters.

One significant event substantiating Rocks’ status as the dominant pirate of his time is the God Valley Incident. During this incident, Rocks encountered a group consisting of Gol D. Roger and Monkey D. Garp – two highly influential characters in the world of One Piece. Despite their combined efforts, they were unable to defeat Rocks individually, necessitating cooperation. It’s noteworthy that Garp, who was primarily focused on apprehending Roger, chose to collaborate with his rival, which underscores the impressive might of Rocks. This event serves as further evidence of Rocks’ superiority over these characters.

As the flashback continues to unfold, fans eagerly anticipate uncovering fresh insights about Rocks D. Xebec. Additionally, there’s a good chance that Oda will shed light on the events at God Valley, revealing who was involved in the conflict. Furthermore, we might get to know some intriguing details about other One Piece characters such as Blackbeard, Shanks, and Harald.
