The anime “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” has irrevocably altered the realm of “Naruto,” a fact well understood by its enthusiastic followers, who anticipate even greater and potentially devastating transformations in the series, as hinted by the prologue. Currently, “Boruto: Two Blue Vortex” is depicting the clashes between the Shinju and the ninjas, battles that must be triumphantly resolved to safeguard the entire ninja civilization.

Since Konoha is the most powerful ninja village, it’s only natural that fans anticipate its leader, the Hokage, to be exceptionally strong. However, Naruto is currently sealed away, leaving Shikamaru in charge temporarily. With this situation, Kishimoto has made plans to select a new permanent Hokage for Konoha, and it won’t be Sarada, at least not immediately.

Will Naruto arrive in time to prevent Konoha’s downfall? A more pressing matter, however, is whether Konoha can endure without a rightful Hokage leading them for much longer. Fans understand that Konoha needs to resolve their predicament swiftly or risk falling to enemies from every direction. The most rational solution seems to be appointing a new Hokage for Konoha at the earliest opportunity.

Konohamaru Sarutobi Will Be The Next Hokage

Konohamaru Is Already Being Groomed For Command

Currently, Shikamaru Nara is serving as the Hokage, but it’s unlikely he will hold this position for an extended period. In fact, it appears that the role of the 8th Hokage has already been earmarked for someone else – Konohamaru Sarutobi. Since the early days of Naruto, fans have seen Konohamaru being groomed to become the next Hokage. Given Masashi Kishimoto’s history of fulfilling his characters’ dreams, it seems plausible that Konohamaru will eventually take on this role.

Simultaneously, it’s crucial to keep in mind that Naruto may not appear again until quite some time later in the narrative. This means that Kawaki and Boruto’s fight is likely to occur beforehand, and the village of Konoha is expected to suffer destruction too.

Following this point, the series will be nearing its conclusion, which can only signal one outcome: A New Leader (Hokage) for Konoha.

Sarada Will Follow Konohamaru

In the Boruto series, both Konohamaru and Sarada are striving to achieve their dreams, but if Naruto becomes Hokage again, it would hinder their paths. Consequently, it seems likely that Konohamaru Sarutobi will become the next, or even immediate, Hokage of Konoha, despite any perceived unfairness. Later on, Sarada Uchiha is expected to succeed him as the 9th Hokage.
