He even instructs his students to kill Yuji, a first-year student, during the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event following Yuji’s dramatic comeback.
Initially showing a strong dislike for Gojo and his casual approach, Gakuganji later allies with them when higher-tier curses threaten Tokyo Jujutsu High School. Upon receiving orders to eliminate Yuji, Noritoshi takes charge of the strategic plan devised by students from Kyoto Jujutsu Academy, determined to eradicate Sukuna from the world.
In contrast to his conservative beliefs, Noritoshi teams up with Megumi Fushiguro and Toge Inumaki. They confront Hanami, a high-ranking curse, despite his past actions which involved attempting to take the life of Yuji, Megumi’s fellow student.

This hostile behavior of Mai escalates during the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event, where her animosity towards Maki’s decision to depart from the Zenin Clan culminates in a boiling resentment.
At the school function, Mai assists in the plan to eliminate Yuji, which she supports due to Sukuna’s host being executed by that action. However, during the Shibuya Incident, Mai is seen standing with her fellow students, employing her firepower to support Yuji and the Jujutsu mages against Kenjaku. She sets aside her differences to aid in the defeat of those who had captured Gojo.
3. Mechamaru/Kokichi Muta
Aligns With Curses, But Aids Jujutsu Sorcerers In Shibuya
- Anime Debut: Episode 14
- Manga Debut: Chapter 32

He confronts Yuji and the students of Tokyo Jujutsu High with the goal of killing Yuji, a move intended to please their superior, Gakuganji, and the higher-ups within jujutsu. Muta’s internal struggles eventually uncover his true identity: he was the one who collaborated with curses, providing them with information to access Tokyo Jujutsu High’s grounds, in a desperate attempt to restore his own health.
In another scenario, after receiving a physical form courtesy of Mahito’s Idle Transfiguration, Muta decides to combat Mahito, aiming to thwart their evil schemes. This leads to an enthralling mecha battle. Yet, he is ultimately overpowered by the immense strength of the special grade curse. On his dying day, Muta secretly prepares and uses puppet-controlled radios to provide critical assistance to jujutsu sorcerers during the Shibuya Incident – a night marked by trauma. His help proved crucial in avoiding an even more catastrophic outcome for Yuji and others.

Initially, Todo’s rough and confrontational demeanor presents a significant obstacle for the main characters leading up to the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event Arc. However, over time, Todo forms a strong bond with Yuji due to their shared interests and combat styles, effectively transforming from adversary to ally.
In the Shibuya Incident storyline, Todo eventually shows up to join forces with Yuji against Mahito. Todo’s dedication and selflessness later in the plot offer a striking counterpoint to his initially boisterous presentation.
