Brewfest is back in World of Warcraft! This year, players can enjoy a new outdoor scenario called the Brewfest Banquet, complete quests in Khaz Algar, and earn exciting rewards. Some of the highlights include the Dark Iron’s Ceremonial Set transmog, the Brewfest Barrel Bomber mount, and the Brewer’s Balloon. Brewfest is happening now and runs through October 9th in World of Warcraft.
Brewfest in *World of Warcraft* is similar to Oktoberfest, the famous German beer festival and one of the largest celebrations of its kind. Within the game world of Azeroth, Brewfest is a two-week event filled with activities centered around drinking and offers players rewards with a beer theme.
What’s New With Brewfest 2025 in World of Warcraft?
Brewfest is back in *World of Warcraft* this year with more rewards than usual! Blizzard has added over six new items, including the Dark Iron’s Ceremonial Set – a black and orange version of the Dwarf transmogs from the September Trading Post. You can get this set, along with black and green kilts and berets, the Barrel Helm, and the Brewer’s Balloon toy, by trading Brewfest Prize Tokens. There’s also a new mount, the Brewfest Barrel Bomber, which has a small chance of dropping from the Coren Direbrew encounter once per account each day. Plus, you can earn a blue version of the Brewer’s outfit by completing the Brewfest Banquet Outdoor Scenario.

The Brewfest Banquet plays like many other events in *World of Warcraft*, similar to the Community Feast in *Dragonflight* or the Theater Troupe coming in *The War Within*. Players can collect ingredients by defeating enemies, then cook food and drinks like pretzels, soup, and brew. They can also earn points by serving these treats to characters around the world, all while competing with other players. And for even more fun, new quests have been added in Khaz Algar specifically for Brewfest.
You can still enjoy all your favorite Brewfest activities, like ram racing and barrel rolling, and earn the same rewards and achievements in *World of Warcraft*. The fun begins with the weekly regional resets on September 23rd and lasts until October 9th.
This holiday event is a fun way for players to complete their Traveler’s Logs for September and October, and to keep busy while waiting for the next update. That update, which starts the *World of Warcraft: Legion Remix* content, arrives on October 7th, right before the holiday event ends for the year.
