Inari-sama Door #4 (Treasure Hall)
In Silent Hill f, Inari-sama Doors and Boxes are collectibles that give you helpful rewards. These can include things like improvements to your characters, story details found in notes, and Omamori which make Hinako stronger during battles.
Throughout the game, you can discover eleven Inari-sama statues – seven hidden in boxes and four behind doors. Each chapter contains one. If you find them all, you’ll unlock the Inari-sama’s Secrets achievement.
Looking for all the Inari-sama Doors and Boxes in Silent Hill f? This guide will help! We’ve included images showing the precise location of each one.
Inari-sama Doors and Boxes can only be opened during New Game Plus.
Inari-sama Box #1 (Ebisugaoka First Visit)
As you begin your adventure in Ebisugaoka, while trying to “Return to Chizuruya General Store while avoiding the monsters,” you’ll come across a Hokora Shrine. To find the first Inari-sama box, go down the stairs from the shrine and turn right.
Within this box, you’ll discover a Diary of Revenge note, which provides further details about the game’s story, and an upgrade for the Ema character.
Inari-sama Box #2 (Shrine Path)
As you explore the Dark Shrine and arrive at Shrine Path, you’ll encounter a puzzle involving wooden planks within the Shrine vault. Once you’re there trying to solve it, look for the second Inari-sama box. You can find it in the southern part of the map, positioned right beside a large tree.
Within this box dedicated to Inari-sama, you’ll discover the note titled “A Perspective on Hierogamy” and the Shrew Mole Omamori. This Omamori has a special effect: it prevents dodging from using Stamina when your health is critically low – essentially when you’re in a near-death state.
Inari-sama Box #3 (Ebisugaoka Second Visit)
During your second trip to Ebisugaoka, you’ll discover the third Inari-sama box just before you reach the cornfield, close to a Hokora Shrine. This location unlocks when your current goal is to “Head to Rinko’s house.”
Opening this Inari-sama box will give you another Diary of Revenge note and upgrade your Ema character. This upgrade will boost either your Health, Stamina, Insanity, or how much Omamori you can carry.
Inari-sama Door #1 (Corridors)
You can find the first Inari-sama door in the Corridors area of the Dark Shrine, which you’ll visit for the second time as part of the “Otherworld.” Go to the southwestern part of the map to locate a door that was locked during your initial visit.
Behind this door, you’ll discover an upgrade for the Ema character, along with several notes that expand on the backstory and world of Silent Hill f.
Inari-sama Box #4 (Ebisugaoka Third Visit)
Once you’ve visited Ebisugaoka Middle School three times, head there again. Go through a window to get outside, then circle around until you find another window you can climb through to get back inside. You can only reach this classroom by going outside first.
Tucked away in the back right corner of the classroom is the fourth Inari-sama box. Inside, you’ll find another note from the Diary of Revenge and a Rabbit Omamori.
The Rabbit Omamori gives you the following ability: If you perform a Perfect Dodge and then immediately press the Heavy Attack button, you’ll deliver a strong counterattack. Keep in mind that this counter uses a significant amount of Stamina.
Inari-sama Door #2 (Worship Hall)
Once you arrive at the Worship Hall in the Dark Shrine world, you’ll find the second Inari-sama door in the western section – this area is where you’ll progress Rinko’s story (the eastern side is dedicated to Sakuko’s storyline). Continue heading south until you discover a door hidden in the darkness.
As a big fan of the game’s story, I’m really excited about this Inari-sama door! It’s packed with journal logs that really expand on the lore, and honestly, if you’re as invested in the story as I am, it’s totally worth checking out.
Inari-sama Box #5 (Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit)
So, I’m playing Silent Hill f, and this is my fourth time going through Ebisugaoka. This time, I’m trying to get to Shu’s house. As I was heading towards the spot on the map, I came across a gazebo. And get this – on the left side of the gazebo, I found the fifth Inari-sama box! It’s getting interesting.
Open this Inari-sama box to acquire the following: Diary of Revenge and Ema character upgrade.
Inari-sama Door #3 (Main Hall)
In the Dark Shrine, specifically the Main Hall area, players can locate the third Inari-sama door on the second floor. Starting from the location where you completed the second part of the ritual during your first time playing, head up the stairs. You’ll find a room that has damaged floorboards.
Okay, so I’ve come to this room and there’s a wall with a symbol on it. You need to use your focus ability on it to open the way. Once you do, you’ll find the third Inari-sama door, which takes you to the Crimson Water area. That’s where I need to go to find Agura No Hotei-sama, so let’s get this door open! Check out the Crimson Water area.
Inari-sama Box #6 (Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit)
Okay, so I finally found Inari-sama Box #6! It took me until my fifth trip through Ebisugaoka. You go through the playground like normal, and after that little flashback scene, you want to turn right. That’ll take you to a tiny front yard in front of someone’s house. The box is just sitting there, pretty easy to spot, near a rock. It was a bit tricky getting here, but totally worth it! Check it out!
Within this Inari-sama box, you’ll receive another Diary of Revenge, as well as a new Ema character that you can upgrade to make Hinako more effective in battle.
Inari-sama Box #7 (Shimizu Residence I)
At the Shimizu Residence, you’ll discover the seventh Inari-sama box on the west side of the Shimizu Residence I map. Go to the location shown in the image – the Inari-sama box is sitting on top of a stack of other boxes.
Okay, so I just opened Inari-sama box #7, and it gave me another piece of the Diary of Revenge! Sweet! Plus, I got an upgrade for an Ema character. Definitely worth it! Let’s keep grinding!
Inari-sama Door #4 (Treasure Hall)

You can find the final Inari-sama door in the Treasure Hall area of the Dark Shrine. When you’re searching for the third crest, and you’re looking at the mural in the main room, turn right and go through the doorway. This will lead you to a room with wolf statues. The Inari-sama door is located in the room with the fox statues, on the east side.
A map image isn’t available for this location because it’s designated as an “Unknown Area” within the game, and therefore one isn’t included.
This last Inari-sama door is similar to the previous ones. It holds several journal entries and objects you can examine to uncover more details about the story of Silent Hill f.
