As Halloween arrives in Palia, players are invited to join in the fun and kick off the festive season! There will be spooky activities to enjoy, plus special seasonal items to buy, all to celebrate the Halloween spirit.
October brings a spooky new bulletin board to Palia! This guide will show you how to complete the Spiritfest Bundle Board, offer helpful tips, and detail the rewards you’ll earn for finishing it.
Palia’s Spiritfest Bundle, Explained
To celebrate Halloween and the start of the spooky season, *Palia* has updated its Bulletin Board with new requests. You can earn rewards by contributing items you find while playing, as well as special, limited-time items that are only available during the Spiritfest event.
You can find the Bundle Board in the center of Kilima Village, right in the courtyard with all the shops. Players can donate items they find to the board, even if they don’t have a full set, to free up space in their bags. You can also check how the Bundle Board is progressing by going to the in-game menu, selecting the seasonal tab on the left, and then choosing the Bundle Board section.
How to Complete All Spiritfest Bundles

To finish the Spiritfest Bundle Board, players must complete four sets of tasks. Each set has four objectives. Completing each set earns you experience points to increase your friendship level with Najuma, as well as extra rewards.
How To Complete Candy Bundle

The Candy Bundle is the easiest one to complete on the Spiritfest board. It just asks players to find and contribute all four colors of Candy Corn. It’s a good first step because the rewards you get can help you finish other bundles too.
Candy Corn comes in four different colors, and each one plays a part in completing the Candy Bundle. Here’s how to do it.
Candy Corn Color | Quantity Required | How To Get |
---|---|---|
Blue | 15 | Random drop when fishing at any location. |
Purple | 4 | Can be found in two daily dig locations in Elderwood (where you acquire Artifacts) |
Green | 15 | Random drop when mining at any location. |
Yellow | 15 | Random drop when bug-catching at any location. |
After finishing this set of tasks, you’ll receive two Jack O’ Lantern Lures and improve your standing with Najuma.
How To Complete the Food Bundle

Cooking is a central part of Palia, so it’s fitting that the game features a bundle focused on making delicious and spooky food for Spiritfest. Players are encouraged to cook often throughout the month – some recipes require a good cooking skill, and working together in group cooking sessions can be helpful. Here’s what you need to complete the Spiritfest Food Bundle:
Item | Quantity Required | How To Get |
---|---|---|
Soon Tofu (starred) | 10 | Reach level 6 in cooking and purchase the recipe from Reth for 1,500 gold. |
Ramen (starred) | 10 | Reach level x in cooking and purchase the recipe from Reth for 200 gold |
Elderwood Pie | 10 | You will earn this by completing the Little Bumble’s Pie quest by finding a missing letter in Elderwood |
Congee | 10 | Complete Eshe’s main quest Your Order Is Served. The recipe needs to be cooked at a campfire |
Some recipes in Palia can be tricky to unlock, particularly for new players. Luckily, there’s an easy solution! If you don’t have a recipe, you can still cook it by teaming up with someone who does. Even if you only contribute one step to the recipe, both you and your cooking partner(s) will receive the same amount of finished dishes.
Unlike the other recipes in this set, Congee is made differently. It only has one step, so you’ll need to cook it yourself. Luckily, the event’s main quests are pretty easy and won’t take long, meaning most players should be able to unlock the recipe without much trouble.
The best two recipes need high-quality ingredients. Using starred ingredients will help you create starred dishes, so try to use them whenever you can.
After finishing the bundle, you’ll receive 3,000 Infected Essence and improve your relationship with Najuma.
How to Complete the Pumpkin Bundle

To finish the Pumpkin Bundle, you first need to complete either the Candy or Shrine Offerings bundles. Alternatively, you can team up with friends who have already done so. This is because the special bugs needed – Pumpkin Rockhoppers – can only be attracted using Jack O’ Lantern Lures, which are only available after completing a bundle or participating in a friend’s bug-catching event. Make sure to do one of these things while the lure is still available!
The Pumpkin board contains four item categories, which can be acquired in the following ways:
Item | Quantity Required | How To Get |
---|---|---|
Pumpkin Rockhopper | 25 | Use a Jack O’ Lantern Lure to spawn these creatures. They are easy to identify as they are orange with a Jack O’ Lantern print on their backs. |
Rockhopper Pumpkin | 25 | You can purchase these from Badruu’s crop store near his farm for 350 gold. One pumpkin produces four seeds in the Seed Maker, so the most cost-efficient way to do it is to buy one and plant the seeds. |
Pumpkin Curry and Rice | 10 | You will earn this recipe by completing the Airtight Plan quest from Najuma, which requires Friendship Level 3 |
Pumpkin Stew | 10 | Reach cooking level 8 and purchase the recipe from Reth’s guild store for 2,500 gold. |
After finishing the bundle, you’ll receive 3,000 Infected Essence and improve your relationship with Najuma.
How to Complete the Shrine Offerings Bundle

I’m really intrigued by the Shrine Offerings bundle! It seems like you need to do a mix of easy things, be online at the right times, and honestly, have a little bit of good fortune to finish it all.
As is the case with the other bundles, there are four types of items to collect:
Item | Quantity Required | How To Get |
---|---|---|
Elderwood Cosmo | 10 | These can be collected randomly during the daily Piksii Blossom Bounce event in the Deep Woods section of Elderwood from 10pm in-game time. |
Sapphire | 1 | Sapphires are a rare loot you can grab from mining. There’s no guaranteed way to get it, but try mining metal ores as much as possible. |
Spooky Floating Candle | 4 | These can be bought from the Halloween store just outside of Zeki’s shop for 300 gold each. Don’t confuse them with Spooky Floating Candles, which are more expensive. |
Umbraan Wreath | 4 | These can be crafted, however you will need to reach Furniture Building level 8, purchase the Umbraan Starter Kit from Tish, then craft other Umbraan items until you unlock the Wreath’s recipe. |
After finishing this bundle, you’ll receive two Jack O’ Lantern Lures and improve your relationship with Najuma.
