You can reach Wild Zone 2 fairly early in the game, and it’s a great place to find Pokémon that can eventually Mega Evolve. It’s a good idea to add these Pokémon to your team and start leveling them up, so they’re ready for tough battles when the time comes.

You can start exploring Wild Zone 2 in Pokémon Legends: Z-A after finishing the fifth Main Mission, making it one of the first areas accessible in the game.
To get the golden crown for completing the Pokémon discovery in Wild Zone 2 and earn points for Mable’s Research, you need to find and catch all six Pokémon species.

All Pokémon Legends: Z-A Wild Zone 2 Alpha Pokémon Locations
You can find Alpha Pokémon spawning in one specific location within Wild Zone 2, and which one appears changes based on the time of day.
You can find the Alpha Pokémon’s special spawn location on the right side of the area, if you start from the fast-travel point. To get there, use the stepping stones at the top-right of the zone.
While any Pokémon in Wild Area 2 has a chance of appearing as a powerful Alpha Pokémon, there are also specific locations where Alphas always spawn, letting you reliably farm for useful items like EXP Candies.
