Two new games, Football Manager 26 and 1000xResist, are now available on Xbox Game Pass for PC and Ultimate subscribers. These are the first games added to the service this November, bringing the total number of games added in 2025 to 191.
Released in 2024 by Sunset Visitor, 1000xResist is a critically acclaimed adventure game with an impressive 89 average score and a 100% recommendation rate on OpenCritic. Set in a near-future world devastated by an alien pandemic, players take on the role of a clone. The game uniquely explores themes of cultural identity and the lasting effects of trauma through the lens of the Hong Kong diaspora, using branching conversations and fragmented memories to tell its story. This distinctive approach to narrative and subject matter has captivated both critics and players.
FM26 and 1000xResist Join Xbox Game Pass
Starting today, November 4th, players with Xbox Game Pass can play 1000xResist alongside the newly added Football Manager 26. Football Manager games have been available on Xbox Game Pass from day one since 2018, but last year’s version faced delays and was eventually canceled in February 2025 because the developers were switching game engines. This meant Football Manager 24 stayed on the service for an extra year. With Football Manager 26 now available, Football Manager 24 will be removed from Xbox Game Pass on November 15th.
Sports Interactive, like its owner Sega, has consistently praised Xbox Game Pass, so releasing FM26 on the service from day one fits their history. The Football Manager series is now expected to release a new game every year, and FM26 will likely be available on Game Pass for a full year.
1000xResist and FM26 Coming to Xbox Game Pass Premium in 2026
Even though 1000xResist first came out on PC in mid-2024, it’s considered a new release because the Xbox Series X/S version is brand new. This means you need an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription to play it, just like Football Manager 26. Based on Microsoft’s history and recent announcements, both 1000xResist and FM26 are expected to become available on the higher Premium tier of Xbox Game Pass sometime between May and November of 2026.

Xbox Game Pass is getting at least eight more games before the year ends, and even more announcements are coming soon. Currently, 25 games are confirmed to launch on Game Pass on the day they release, though many don’t have specific dates yet. A few, like Planet of Lana 2 and Aphelion, are aiming for a 2026 release, while others, including Persona 4 Revival, haven’t announced a release year at all.
