PlayStation Plus members can now download three new free games, available to claim until December 2nd. This month’s lineup includes the popular indie game Stray. You can keep and play these games as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus subscriber, but be sure to add them to your library before the next batch of games is released next month.
With game prices increasing – some predict Grand Theft Auto 6 could cost over $100 – services like PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass are becoming more and more popular with gamers. These services let players try out both new and older games. PlayStation Plus, in particular, gives subscribers free games to keep each month, and those who pay for the Extra or Premium plans get access to a library of many more games. However, unlike the free monthly games, titles in the game library change regularly, meaning a game you’re playing might be removed from the service before you finish it.
PlayStation Plus had another strong month in October, giving subscribers the critically acclaimed game Alan Wake 2. While you can’t get Alan Wake 2 now, three new games are available for download in November: Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. With the exception of EA Sports WRC 24, which is only for newer PlayStation consoles, all these games can be played on both PS4 and PS5. Remember to claim them before December 2nd, as that’s when the next set of free games will be released.
PS Plus Adds New Free Games for November 2025
- Stray (PS4, PS5)
- EA Sports WRC 24 (PS5)
- Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (PS4, PS5)
If you’re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you might remember Stray, the popular indie game that was initially available on Extra and Premium tiers in 2022. It was removed from the game catalog in 2023, but it’s coming back! This time, Stray will be available to all PlayStation Plus Essential members, meaning you can keep playing it as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to the game until you resubscribe.
Even with the recent additions of Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, PlayStation Plus subscribers will have fewer games to choose from this month. PlayStation has announced that seven titles, including Battlefield 5, Like a Dragon: Ishin!, and Football Manager 2024 Console Edition, will be leaving the PS Plus Extra and Premium game catalog in November.
