Despite taking a backseat in the current storyline, fans are still anticipating the return of Naruto and Sasuke to the action, hoping to witness them achieve even greater power.

Beyond Naruto and Sasuke, many characters from the original Naruto series would be great additions to Boruto. They could help support Boruto, Sarada, and the new generation of ninjas, while also finishing up old plotlines. Bringing these characters back would create exciting fights, interesting new stories, and a stronger connection between the two series.

Asuma Sarutobi
