In Tokyo, Japan, a motorcycle gang known as the Tokyo Manji Gang, or simply Toman, emerged from Shibuya. This group was established on June 19th, 2003, with an initial group of six members: Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, Kazutora, Baji, and Musashi.

The group came together following Mikey’s victory over Kazutora’s longtime friend and partner, who later sought revenge aided by the 9th generation of the Black Dragon Gang – an organization initially established by Mikey’s elder brother. This group was primarily created to confront them, with Mikey taking on the role as leader, Draken as his deputy, and the rest serving as commanders.

Beneath him stands Draken, serving as the vice leader. Throughout the narrative, Draken has consistently been portrayed as Mikey’s right-hand man, offering unwavering support. He is also one of the most formidable members within the gang.

This altered timeline introduces new characters like Takemichi, Sanzu, and Kisaki as founding members. Interestingly, this revised reality also ensures everyone’s survival, including Mikey’s brother, Shinichiro Sano.

In the latest iteration of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Mikey and Draken maintain their roles as leader and vice leader respectively. However, an unexpected addition has been made – Takemichi now serves as the interim president. This gang is divided into eight key sectors, each headed by a captain: Baji Keisuke, Mitsuya Takashi, Hayashida Haruki, Handmiya Kazutora, Sanzu Haruchiyo, Kawato Nahoya, Shiba Taiju, and lastly, Kurokawa Izana.
