Boruto Has Finally Confirmed Naruto Uzumaki And Sasuke Uchiha’s New Powers

The Boruto series takes place years after the Fourth Great Ninja War. While the story centers on Boruto Uzumaki and a new generation of ninjas, the original characters, especially Naruto and Sasuke, will still play important roles in the plot.

Many viewers who started watching Boruto did so because they were fans of Naruto and wanted to see what happened to the characters they loved. That’s why they were so upset to see Naruto and Sasuke become significantly weaker in the new series and even get defeated. Fortunately, it looks like their upgraded abilities after returning have now been revealed.

Naruto And Sasuke Will Have To Rely On Scientific Ninja Tools In Boruto

In the Boruto series, both Naruto and Sasuke have lost their most powerful abilities. Naruto lost the power of Kurama during his fight with Isshiki. With Kurama’s death, Naruto no longer has access to the vast amount of chakra he once possessed, and his connection to the other Tailed Beasts was likely broken as well.

In the Boruto series, Sasuke Uchiha also lost his Rinnegan, leaving him with only his Mangekyo Sharingan. Soon after losing their abilities, both he and Naruto were defeated – Naruto was sealed away by Kawaki, and Sasuke was transformed into a tree.

Despite facing setbacks in the Boruto series, most fans expect Naruto and Sasuke to regain their strength. It seems the story is preparing for their comeback by introducing new, technologically advanced ninja tools that will likely boost their powers.

Sasuke Already Has A Scientific Ninja Tool Sword

Chapter 28 of Boruto confirmed that Sasuke has a new sword, which has been upgraded with scientific ninja technology. This makes the sword much more powerful than before and will significantly improve Sasuke’s abilities.

The sword’s core material is still the same, but it’s been specially treated and reshaped to be incredibly strong and effective at cutting. The handguard hasn’t changed, but everything else has been almost entirely rebuilt. It can also now automatically perform your Uchiha blade Jutsu Hagoromo as soon as you grip the handle and activate it. Plus, I’ve added a unique material that makes it far more powerful. Now that Sasuke has been equipped with a high-tech ninja tool, it’s very probable that Naruto will get one too, and it will likely be a prosthetic hand.

Naruto Will Likely Gain A New Prosthetic Hand

Following the events of the Momoshiki arc in Boruto, fans learned that Naruto was trying out a special artificial hand. This hand was designed to absorb chakra, but it was just a first version at the time. Since then, three years have passed, and it’s very probable that the hand has been significantly upgraded and improved.

I think it would be fitting if Naruto got a new prosthetic hand when Sasuke returns in Boruto and receives a high-tech ninja tool sword. It seems like both of them are due for some upgraded gear, and I have a feeling these new tools will really help them reach their full potential.

Simply having ninja tools isn’t enough, so our heroes will need to become even more powerful. Naruto will likely get better at using Sage Mode, or maybe even team up with other Tailed Beasts. Sasuke, with his Mangekyo Sharingan, could also find ways to unlock even greater abilities.
