World of Warcraft Reveals January 2026 Trading Post Rewards

So, Blizzard just dropped a preview of what’s coming to the World of Warcraft Trading Post in January, and it looks awesome! They’re adding a bunch of cool cosmetic stuff, especially things with red and gold designs – which I think Paladins and Priests are gonna love. It’s cool they showed us early, right before Christmas, so we have time to figure out what we’re going to spend our Trader’s Tender on next month.

The Trading Post was added to World of Warcraft with the Dragonflight expansion and lets players earn unique cosmetic items simply by playing the game. The available items change every month, but some popular ones occasionally reappear. Players with an active subscription can earn Trader’s Tenders by completing activities like quests, defeating bosses in dungeons and raids, and taking part in seasonal events. In December 2025, the Trading Post featured rewards themed around the Feast of Winter Veil, a winter holiday in the World of Warcraft universe. As of right now, players only have a few days left to claim any December rewards before the month ends.

Even though the Winter Veil celebration is still happening in World of Warcraft, Blizzard has revealed what players can earn from the Trading Post in January 2026. Players can collect new cosmetic items by earning 1,000 Traveler’s Log points throughout the month. The biggest reward is a full set of red and gold armor called the Vengeful Regalia of the Crusader, which might be especially appealing to Paladins and Priests. Most of the other items available in January, like the Crusader’s Ruby Mace, the Thalassian Recruit’s Bow, and the Crest of Unending Woe, also share this red and gold theme.

In January 2026, the most coveted reward from the World of Warcraft Trading Post is the Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl – a stunning flying mount that costs 750 Trader’s Tenders. The Golden Clockwork Attire outfit is next at 650 Tenders, followed by the Savage Crimson Battle Turtle mount for 500 Tenders. Because players earn a limited number of Trader’s Tenders each month, activities like Legion Remix could be a good way to quickly earn the currency needed to get these exclusive cosmetic items.

January 2026 Will Be A Busy Time In Azeroth

The rewards available from the Trading Post in January 2026 will feature a red and gold design, echoing the colors of Silvermoon City, a central location in the upcoming World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion. As the second part of the Worldsoul Saga, Midnight will center on the conflict between the forces of Light and Void. Players will first battle in and around Silvermoon City and the powerful Sunwell. The pre-expansion update arrives on January 20th, after server maintenance, and will include changes to character classes to prepare players for the full World of Warcraft: Midnight launch on March 2nd.

The current Turbulent Timeways event lets World of Warcraft players earn Trader’s Tenders and quickly bring alternate characters up to the current level of 80. Overall, early 2026 looks like a great time to return to World of Warcraft and get ready for the upcoming Midnight expansion.
