Where to Find All Notes and Documents in Poppy Playtime Chapter 5

Poppy Playtime Chapter 5 has 35 hidden notes and documents, and this guide will help you find them all to fully complete the game.

This guide lists all the notes you can collect during your first time playing Poppy Playtime Chapter 5. We’ve organized them in the order we discovered them, so you can easily follow along as you progress through the game!

Note #1 – An Intercepted Communique

After the first chase sequence, turn around to find a note on a small table in a corner.

Note #2 – Shipping Manifest – July ’95

Once you’ve climbed for the first time, you’ll enter a small room filled with containers. To find the item, move the cubes on the left side around until you can squeeze through a narrow opening.

Note #3 – Inventory – September ’95

During the introductory section, while you’re carrying boxes, stack them up to access a small alcove where you’ll find a note.

Note #4 – Wrongside Outimal Branding Note

As you continue following the little creature and flipping on the power switches, you’ll come across a small cardboard house labeled ‘Home’ and a door. The note you’re looking for is hidden behind that door.

Note #5 – Work Procedures – Recycling and Reclamation

There’s a medical supply room with metal shelves near one of the conveyor belts. The note you’re looking for is on the floor in the corner of that room.

Note #6 – Outimal Note

Before reaching Giblet’s room, you’ll come across an area with a glass window overlooking another room. Go through one of the side doors to discover a bathroom and a note hidden under a small, improvised tent.

Note #7 – Giblet’s Checklist

When you get to Giblet’s room, look on the racecar bed.

Note #8 – The Better Press, Issue 14

When you reach Giblet’s room, check out his workbench.

Note #9 – Lab Report: Medium Growth and Plantlife

When you first enter the Biodiversity Lab, turn left after walking inside. You’ll find this note on top of a stack of colorful boxes.

Note #10 – Reminder

Inside the Biodiversity Lab, you’ll find a locked room and a clue on a nearby board. To open it, turn around and crawl through a hidden tunnel. Once inside the tunnel, locate a lever and pull yourself towards it – that’s how you’ll reach the room.

Note #11 – Dr. Arkin’s Personal Letter 1

After you go through the large tree exhibit in the Biodiversity Labs, you’ll enter a room with desks. The note you need is on top of one of them.

Note #12 – GrabPack Hands Rejection

To find the note, enter the Engineering Room and walk straight ahead. It’s hidden in the back right corner, behind the shelves.

Note #13 – Master Backup?

Input the correct pin in the Engineering Room keypad.

Note #14 – 19 – Negation Compound Presentation (1-6)

Same as above.

Note #20 – Letter to Leith #1

Once you’ve gained the magnetic attachment ability in the Engineering Workshop, use it to swing across the bridge and reach a new room where you’ll find a note on the desk.

Note #21 – Medical Report: Edward M.N. Ritterman

If you need to reach several magnetic platforms, disable some of the flames by finding and turning off the red valve on your right. Once facing the valve, turn right, then left, and left again – you’ll discover a hidden area containing the document.

Note #22 – To Whomever Finds This

In the room with the power puzzle and elevators, descend the left shaft. Hidden in the darkness beneath it, you’ll find a battery. Take this battery to the hallway past the glass tube and use it to power a hidden slot, which will unlock a secret room.

Note #23 – Conditioning Observations

As you explore Reanimation, keep an eye out for the children’s area with the castle. You’ll find a note lying on the floor there.

Note #24 – Observation: Lily

When you get to the large Memory machine on your way to Reanimation, look behind it.

Note #25 – Letter to Leith #2

After powering on the slideshow to access the second or third memory, you’ll discover this note in the room where that memory is located.

Note #26 – Dr. Arkin’s Personal Letter 2

While running from Huggy Wuggy in the projector rooms, look for a note in the room containing the second battery – it’s the one where the wall is broken.

Note #27 – Experiment 1468 Proposal

On a whiteboard in Lily’s mansion.

Note #28 – Music Sheet – Novice

In Lily’s mansion -piano room.

Note #29 – Observation Log: Sweet Street

On the desk in the room next to the piano (Lily’s Mansion).

Note #30 – Nursery Damage

In the room to the left of the piano, upstairs in Lily’s mansion.

Note #31 – Music Sheet – Expert

Okay, so I found this on the second floor of Lily’s Mansion. There’s a hidden slot behind a painting, and if you stick a battery in it, it unlocks a door. Behind that door, I found this note!

Note #32 – Lily Journal

After exiting Lily’s bedroom, but before heading to the vent, check the top of one of the dressers – you’ll find a note there.

Note #33 – Dr. Arkin’s Personal Letter 3

To get the backup, go to the room with the fire alarm control panel and check the desk for a note.

Note #34 – Experiment Notes

While searching for the backup, you’ll come across a room with a fire alarm control panel. Look for a note attached to a metal surface close to the sink.

Note #35 – L.P. Journal Entry

In the Data Center with Giblet, you can find this on a small table.
