Yoshinobu Gakuganji, the older character from Jujutsu Kaisen, often receives criticism from fans. While he uses a guitar as his cursed technique, hoping to appear impressive, many feel his personality and lack of impact in important fights don’t live up to his flashy style.

Gakuganji is widely disliked by fans, and for good reason. He not only wanted Yuji Itadori to be executed, but he also killed a popular character, despite not being very powerful himself. This has left many viewers frustrated and angry whenever he appears, as they feel he doesn’t deserve the impact he has on the story.

Mei Mei

Shoko Ieri

I watched Shoko Ieri carry a lot on her shoulders in Jujutsu Kaisen. She was the main doctor for all the heroes, doing her absolute best to patch up Gojo Satoru and the other students whenever they got hurt. It was clear she cared, but surprisingly, fans didn’t really acknowledge her efforts, which seemed a bit unfair.

Shoko faced a lot of backlash for not being very effective. Many fans felt her healing abilities weren’t helpful, especially considering she was presented as an expert. The biggest disappointment for many was her inability to revive Gojo, which highlighted the gap between what she was supposed to be capable of and what she actually achieved in the story.

Naoya Zenin

Naoya Zenin had a powerful presence that suggested he’d be a dominant fighter and fan favorite. However, the author, Gege Akutami, intentionally created him to be unlikeable. Naoya consistently comes across as arrogant and feels superior to everyone, even his own family.

Many viewers believe Momo is too focused on her admiration for Mai, causing her to overlook Maki’s efforts and appear small-minded and disrespectful.

Momo has interesting powers that would be great for spying and collecting information, but the show didn’t really use them effectively. Many fans feel this character lacked depth, existing primarily to motivate another character, Gojo Satoru, to return to fighting. Despite being incredibly powerful, she ultimately became less important to the story after fulfilling that initial role.
