Early in Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll face a puzzle in the Chairman’s Office involving a box with symbols. It has three symbols to arrange, but four possible ways to input them, meaning there’s only one correct solution. Trying every combination isn’t a good idea when Grace and Leon are in danger!

How to Solve the Chairman’s Office Puzzle Box in RE9
Once you’re in the Chairman’s Office, go to the south room and find the Pencil on the desk. Then, find the Chairman’s Note on the coffee table in the middle of the office. When you interact with the Note, you can use the Pencil to write on it and discover the solution to the Puzzle Box.

Turn to the Puzzle Box and press the boxes in this order: right (Moon), middle (Sun), left (Star), then right (Moon) again. If you do it correctly, the puzzle will solve itself and give you the Moon Quartz. This is one of three items you need to get out of the Care Center.
