Okay, so I was totally stuck on the Organ Transport Box puzzle! I’m going to quickly explain how to solve it, just in case you’re as lost as I was. It’ll help you keep moving forward as Grace. How to Unlock the Organ Transport Box in Resident Evil 9

To open the Organ Transport Box, check your inventory and examine it closely. You’ll find a puzzle on the back that needs to be solved. Here are the four steps to unlock it:

  • Step 1: Turn the dial left to Hand.
  • Step 2: Move the switch (on the right) into the middle
  • Step 3: Click the yellow buttons (2 and 5) so they’re facing down, while the others remain up
  • Step 4: Turn the dial right to Auto.

You need to follow these steps in order, otherwise the Organ Transport Box won’t open. Once it does, you can lift the lid and remove the Artificial Lungs. You’ll need these to solve the puzzle in the Examination Room, which involves a body without organs.
