You can find a safe in the Examination Room of the East Wing. We can give you the combination right away, or we can tell you where to look in the game if you’d prefer a clue.
How to Open the Examination Room Safe in Resident Evil 9
To open the Examination Room safe, enter the code: 30 right, 10 left, 50 right. First, turn the dial clockwise to 30, then counter-clockwise to 10, and finally clockwise again to 50. Press X/A to confirm.

I found three Antique Coins hidden inside the safe in the Examination Room! Apparently, you can use them to buy extra upgrades in the Parlor over in the West Wing, which is awesome.
To find the code for the Examination Room Safe, go upstairs to the East Wing. The note with the combination is located in the southeast room, on a shelf.
