To open the building in Crimson Desert, you’ll need to use the Axiom Force to turn the disks. The Polar Opposites quest focuses on getting inside, and you can do that by completing a small puzzle. Polar Opposites Quest In Crimson Desert
Once Kliff enters the portal in the office, he’s transported to the Axiom Archive. Walk up to the circular device and wait for the blue lights to activate. This is an Abyss Nexus, likely the first one you’ll find as you explore. A message will then appear, explaining what Abyss Nexuses are.
Continue walking towards the building until a cutscene begins. During the cutscene, a white crow will approach Kliff, land on his arm, and grant him a new ability before flying off. You’ll eventually learn this crow is the White Crow Witch from Crimson Desert, and she was the one who gave Kliff the Axiom Force ability.
The Axiom Force lets you pick up and move objects around. It’s mainly for solving puzzles, but can also be helpful in combat. You can unlock more powerful abilities for the Axiom Force by using Abyss Artifacts in the Skill Tree.
Walk up to the two disks and point the Axiom Force at the disk on the right. Turn the right disk counter-clockwise until a blue line connects to the pipe and another line connects to the left disk.
Apply power to the mechanism, linking it to the disk on the left. Then, turn the disk counter-clockwise until the blue lines align with the existing connections and the pipe. This will solve the puzzle and unlock the Archive’s door.
Go inside and talk to Alustin to begin a cutscene. After it finishes, Kliff will be moved to a new area in the Abyss, and you’ll complete the Polar Opposites quest in Crimson Desert.
The upcoming challenge involves a trickier puzzle that Kliff will need to use all his skills to overcome. Once you’ve solved it, you’ll encounter the White Crow and gain the power of flight.
