The Safe Harbor quest in ARC Raiders takes place in the Riven Tides area. You’ll need to find clues left by the kitchen staff of a restaurant and retrieve hidden technology for Tian Wen. The quest objectives aren’t very specific – you’ll be asked to find a kitchen and figure out where a sketched location is – but this guide will walk you through completing everything and finishing Safe Harbor quickly.
How to Find the Clue Left by the Restaurant’s Kitchen Staff in ARC Raiders (Safe Harbor)
The first step in the Safe Harbor quest for ARC Raiders is finding a clue hidden by the restaurant staff. It wasn’t easy, though – the game’s map, Riven Tides, doesn’t actually show where the restaurant is! After searching for hours, I finally found it – the restaurant is located on the roof of the Hotel Panorama Azzuro.
The Hotel Panorama Azzuro is on the west side of the Riven Tides map. While there are several ways to get in, I suggest coming from the south (see the image). This will give you immediate access to the stairs leading up to the rooftop restaurant.
Once you’re at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, walk straight ahead past the tables until you see a small room inside. The clue photo can be taken in the small kitchenette area to the left. Be careful – Fireballs and Pops might be moving around and could startle you!
The kitchen staff left a hint: a picture showing a badminton racket and a bench. This suggests the next thing you need to find is located near the Tennis Court.
Where to Find the Area Portrayed in the Sketch and Dig Up the Buried Part
The Tennis Court is a short walk south of the Hotel Panorama Azzuro. To reach it, don’t go through the court itself – instead, walk around the outside until you get to the west side, as shown on the map.
Okay, so I found this little burial mound – you can’t miss it, there’s a shovel stuck in the ground right next to it! I clicked on it, and my character started digging. It took a few seconds, but when the digging animation finished, I got the “Precision Gimbal” – it’s a quest item, so I grabbed it right away!
Once you’ve secured the Precision Gimbal and returned safely to Speranza, speak with Tian Wen. He’ll reward you with a Surge Coil, Heavy Gun Parts, and a Horizontal Grip for finishing the Safe Harbor quest in ARC Raiders.
