‘Probably Nothing’ – Michael Saylor Highlights These Huge Daily Bitcoin ETF Inflows

As a seasoned researcher with a decade-long immersion in the dynamic world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, I find Michael Saylor’s recent comments intriguing. His casual “Probably nothing” remark, following the consistent inflows into Bitcoin ETFs, is reminiscent of his calculated and understated approach to business decisions.

As a researcher, I’m sharing insights from a significant post by Michael Saylor, the visionary founder of MicroStrategy, who currently serves as its Executive Chairman. In this post, he delves into the topic of Bitcoin Spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).

“Probably nothing,” Saylor comments on daily Bitcoin ETF inflows

Saylor, from MicroStrategy, highlighted the surge in daily investments into Bitcoin ETFs, using a tweet retweeted from another user as evidence. This tweet showcases “15 straight days of inflows for US Bitcoin ETFs.

The funds coming in amount to hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars. The tiniest deposit recorded on November 27 totaled $103 million. The highest influx occurred on December 5, with a value of $766.66 million. The most recent deposit shown in the table (as captured in the screenshot) was made on November 18 and amounted to $275.39 million.

Michael Saylor recently tweeted that it seems unlikely there’d be significant changes now, given that Bitcoin ETFs were authorized for trading back in January. In the time since, over a dozen Bitcoin investment funds have emerged, consistently purchasing Bitcoin each day.

Saylor highlights Hut8’s big Bitcoin purchase

Today in another post, the CEO of MicroStrategy announced that crypto mining firm Hut8 has recently acquired a significant amount of Bitcoin – approximately 990 coins.

Like Saylor’s company, Hut8 is accumulating its own substantial Bitcoin reserve. After this latest acquisition, their Bitcoin holdings amount to over 10,000 BTC, which is approximately one billion dollars as of December 18th.
