All Hotel Room Challenges in 007 First Light

In the 007 First Light mission, ‘All the Time in the World,’ you’ll eventually need to get into Room 206. Before you can do that, though, you’ll face three smaller tasks: getting access to Room 205 through a staff member, exploring Room 207, and collecting all the clues hidden in Room 206.

Okay, so I figured out how to beat all three of those side challenges, but if you just want to get straight to Room 206 and finish the main story, I’ve got the quickest route for you. I can walk you through it – no need to bother with the Housekeeping, Elementary, or Do Disturb stuff if you’re not interested!

How to Get a Staff Member to Open Room 205 in 007 First Light (Housekeeping Challenge)

When you reach the rooms, a guard will stop you. To distract him, break the armor piece to his left – that will make him check it out. Once he’s moved away, you can walk past him and into the area where the maids are.

After a man begins a phone call, stand near the grandfather clock just to the left of Room 205 and wait for instructions to damage it. This will create a distraction, allowing you to turn the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door of Room 205.

This will bring the maid into the room, finishing the Housekeeping Challenge. Now, you’ll need to sneak past the maid, go into the bathroom, and climb out the window to get to Room 206.

How to Enter Room 206 and Find All Clues in 007 First Light (Elementary Challenge)

After entering Room 206 from the balcony, search the room to find all six clues.

  • Keycard Holder — On the pillow at the foot of the bed.
  • Security Protocol — On the desk to the right of the bed.
  • Newspaper — On the drawers to the left of the bed.
  • Room Service — On the dinner tray by the door.
  • Wallet — In the fireplace.
  • Discarded Suit — Kick in the door to the bathroom.

How to Enter Room 207 in 007 First Light (Do Disturb Challenge)

Go back to the hallway and find the doors for Rooms 205, 206, and 207. You’ll see two maids chatting near an open window. You can examine the window, and then carefully follow the ledge to the right to climb up onto the balcony of Room 207.

Once you’re on the balcony, break down the doors to get inside. The challenge starts immediately when you enter, so if the person inside sees you, just leave—there’s no need to try and trick them if you don’t have to.
