He’s much like the classic ‘mad scientist’ character – preferring to use psychological tactics and strategy, and keeping his distance from physical fights.

Ironically, despite being known as the Watchful Eye, Olruggio is so loyal to Qifrey that he can’t see the flaws in his near-perfect plans.

Despite his strengths, Easthies has notable flaws as an enforcer. He struggles to be flexible, often prioritizes arrests over thorough investigations, and rigidly follows the law. This makes him a controversial figure, as he applies the same uncompromising standards to both his allies and enemies when maintaining order.

A prime example of this is their practice of using blood to enhance Coco’s magical ink.

Iguin’s greatest strength lies in their ability to anticipate their opponents’ moves. In addition to changing their own body with magic, Iguin is skilled at warping space and manipulating the surrounding environment. However, using such powerful, forbidden magic comes at a cost. Iguin is particularly vulnerable due to their physical limitations and overconfidence.
