In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, mailboxes let you quickly travel around the game world. The new City Town DLC adds 9 mailboxes to the City Town area, making it even easier to get around.
This guide will show you where to find all the new Mailboxes in Hello Kitty Island Adventure and how to unlock the areas they’re in. As you explore, be sure to collect City Keys and Figments – you’ll need them later!
How to Unlock Every City Town Fast Travel Location in Hello Kitty Island Adventure
All City Town Fast Travel Locations
As soon as I got to City Town, I was so relieved to find these Mailboxes everywhere! There are six of them, and they’re all instant fast-travel points – I could use them right away, which was a huge help getting around.
Some of the mailboxes are on the taller buildings towards the back of town. You might need to turn on fans near these mailboxes to keep things comfortable. Luckily, each fan’s switch is located right next to the fan itself, so they’re simple to operate.

| East City Rooftop | At the top of the purple skyscraper in the northeast corner of City Town. |
All City Town Sewers Mailbox Locations
You’ll be able to access the City Town Sewers after finishing the “Above and Below” quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. While completing the quest, you can turn on the first Mailbox down there. The other two Mailboxes will become available right after you finish the quest and unlock the rest of the sewer area.
You can start the “Above and Below” quest once you’ve finished Usahana’s “Tea Time” quest. To unlock “Tea Time”, you’ll need to be at least friends with Usahana (friendship level 9) and have upgraded your Imagination Cafe to level 2.
