The last 10 collectible files are now available in the ARK chapter of Resident Evil Requiem. Both Grace and Leon have a few files left to find, and because many are hidden in easily missed spots, it’s important to know where to look to complete your collection.
This guide will show you the location of every collectible in Resident Evil Requiem, helping you find the last of 75 files and unlock an achievement. You won’t have to worry about missing any of these hidden items!
Where to Find All Files and Documents in the ARK (RE9)

| N0-AH Status Report | After entering the ARK as Leon, follow through the corridor and take a left to the Staff Room. This file is a wall terminal when facing the east wall. |
| Product Catalog 1 | You will fight BSAA Soldiers, which will lead you to the Entrance room. Take the stairs and immediately enter the room on the right to enter the Guest Lounge. You can now read the terminal in the bottom left corner. |
| Raccoon City Bioweapon Research – Report | This document is also on a terminal located in the Guest Lounge, in the top right corner. |
| Product Catalog 2 | This is the last document in the Guest Lounge, and it can be found on the west wall. This is Leon’s final File in this section of the ARK. |
| Access Log: 51st Assembly Minutes | This is Grace’s first File in the ARK. It can be found on a computer screen inside the Monitor Control Room, which is southwest of the Lobby. |
| Sterilization Chamber Safe | Through the Lobby, you can head downstairs to the Bioweapon Repository 05 room. In the southeast corner, before actually entering the room, you can find a crate containing this File as a note. |
| Monitor Control Room Safe | Inside the Bioweapon Repository 05 room, you can find a container that holds this note. It’s specifically the container when facing south from the middle part of the room (above the “5” on the map). |
| Access Log: First Assembly Minutes | After entering the Archives, look to the east wall to find a computer that you can interact with to get another File. |
| Alyssa’s Interview Notes | After you interact with the central computer in the Archives, you will automatically receive this File. |
| Letter from Patrick | This File is also automatically acquired once you interact with the central computer in the Archives, and it’s the final File as Grace, and the final File in the ARK section. |

File #66 – N0-AH Status Report
Once you’re playing as Leon and have reached Plant 43 in the ARK, head through the decontamination tunnel. Then, turn left and go through the green door to find a place to save your game, and a monitor on the wall that has this file on it.
File #67 – Product Catalog 1 (2026)
After dealing with the BSAA soldiers, go through the main room and turn left into the Guest Lounge. You’ll find the file on a computer terminal inside.
File #68 – Raccoon City Bioweapon Research – Report
Also in the Guest Lounge, you can find this file on another terminal.
File #69 – Product Catalog 2 (2026)
Also in the Guest Lounge, you can find this file on another terminal.

File #70 – Access Log: 51st Assembly Minutes
After you get the Magnetic Key and unlock the Lobby, go to the Monitor Control Room. There, you’ll find a lit-up computer screen you can use to access the file.
File #71 – Sterilization Chamber Safe
Go down the stairs in the Lobby. You’ll find your first item of interest on a crate before you enter the main part of Bioweapon Repository 05.
File #72 – Monitor Control Room Safe
In Bioweapon Repository 05, a container in the northeast corner holds a zombie. Once you move the zombie and open the container, you’ll find this file inside.
File #73 – Access Log: First Assembly Minutes
Once you’re inside the Archives, past the Recessed Panel, you’ll find a computer terminal to the right. You can use this one before checking out the main computer in the center of the room.
File #74 – Alyssa’s Interview Notes
After watching the video about the main computer in the Archives while playing as Grace, you’ll automatically receive this important file that’s part of the story.
File #75 – Letter from Patrick
