Based on the features presented in EA Sports FC 24/FC 25, EA Sports FC 26 promises numerous enhancements. These include a variety of extended game modes, live events that adapt dynamically, upgraded archetype systems, revamped dribbling mechanics, advanced player positioning AI, and refined animations focusing particularly on goalkeepers. Overall, the Switch 2 has been quite thrilling. Sharing a stage with FC this year, its performance is truly captivating. It matches up remarkably well with the PS5 and Xbox in terms of capabilities. Interestingly, it’s a handheld console, yet I was genuinely amazed by my initial experience with it. Additionally, we noticed that its simulation speed and season simulating times were remarkably close to those seen on PlayStation and Xbox development kits, which is truly impressive.
