Every Red Gate Key Location in Pragmata

The Red Zones were definitely the hardest part of Pragmata for me. Not only were the enemies tough to beat, but finding all the Red Gate Keys was also a real pain. Luckily, I’ve figured out the location of every key, and I’m sharing that information with you! This guide will show you where to find all nine Red Gate Keys in Pragmata.

Pragmata Red Gate Key Overview

Throughout your journey in Pragmata, you’ll find special, locked Red Gates blocking access to dangerous areas called Red Zones. These challenging combat arenas offer Hugh and Diana valuable upgrade materials, and completing certain Red Zones will also unlock parts of the Cabin’s Stamp Boards back at the Shelter.

There are nine Red Gate Keys in total, which can be collected through two primary methods:

  • Collectibles: Some of the Red Gate Keys can be found while exploring each level. These are found inside red briefcases.
  • Stamp Board rewards: Several Red Gate Keys can be found on Stamp Boards, and must be unlocked with Pragmata‘s Cabin Coins.

How to Get 9 Red Gate Keys in Pragmata

Red Gate Key 1 – Mass Production Array – Shopping District:

The first Red Gate Key is hidden in the Mass Production Array, the second level of Pragmata. You’ll find it within the Shopping District, which is the level’s second sector.

Start in the open courtyard and walk around the main tower. You’ll find a gate marked “Diner – Open 24 Hours.” Be ready for a challenge—the gate will lock, and you’ll have to defeat two Walkers and one Spider before you can go inside.

Look at the counter to the left to find the red briefcase that holds the first Red Gate Key.

Red Gate Key 2 – Terra Dome – Eco Modeling Lab:

You can find the second Red Gate Key in the Terra Dome level of Pragmata. It’s located in the Eco Modeling Lab, which is the level’s second area.

Starting from where the second generation chip is located in the Eco Modeling Lab, go up the stairs from the circular platform, then turn left to enter the large, white laboratory building.

Okay, so when you first walk in, immediately glance to your right. You’ll spot a red briefcase sitting on that long, L-shaped reception desk – the second Red Gate Key is inside! It’s pretty easy to find once you know what you’re looking for.

​​​​​​​Red Gate Key 3 – Lunum Mines – Main Excavation Site:

In Pragmata, you can find the third Red Gate Key in the Lunum Mines level. It’s located in the Main Excavation Site, which is the fourth section of the level.

The Red Gate Key is located near the Area 3 door in the Lunum Mines. Passing through this door will lead you to the chamber containing the Logistics Management escape hatch.

As soon as you enter Area 3, you’ll see a red briefcase on a desk. It contains Red Gate Key three.

​​​​​​​Red Gate Key 4 – Central Port – Research Sector:

You’ll find the last Red Gate Key in the Central Port level of Pragmata, specifically within the Research Sector – the second area of that level.

The Red Gate Key is in the room with the escape hatch for the Research Sector. Facing away from the hatch, you’ll find the key inside a briefcase against the far wall, behind the desk on the right.

All Stamp Board Red Gate Keys in Pragmata:

You can unlock the last five Red Gate Keys by joining Cabin’s Stamp Club. This club opens up after you unlock Cabin by defeating the SectorGuard boss at the Solar Power Plant.

The Trainee, Associate, and Specialist Stamp Boards each have one Red Gate Key. The Director board, unlocked last in the main game, has two. You won’t find any Red Gate Keys hidden within the locked areas of any of these boards.

Each new board will be unlocked when you defeat an area boss and upgrade the Shelter.
