Forza Horizon 6 Files Leak Online Days Before Launch

Just days before its official launch, files for the upcoming game Forza Horizon 6 have appeared online. It appears the leak came from the game’s developer, Playground Games, who accidentally left the pre-release files unencrypted. This allowed some players to access and start playing the game ahead of schedule.

A Reddit user discovered that files for the upcoming Forza Horizon 6 were mistakenly released about ten days ago through a game update. It appears the developers, Playground Games, didn’t properly secure these early files, allowing some players to access them. This explains why details and images from the game have been appearing online over the last week.

We ask fans not to look at the leaked game files and instead wait for the official release on Tuesday, May 19th. Players who pre-ordered the Premium Edition will get to play a few days early, starting May 15th.

Playground Games recently shared details about the graphics settings, accessibility features, and radio stations in the upcoming Forza Horizon 6. Full playlists for the radio stations have already appeared on Spotify. In addition, Xbox will launch a special limited-edition Forza Horizon 6 controller and headset on May 19th.
