G.I. JOE has long been a popular collectible, and a key part of the Hasbro brand. The toys range from detailed figures of well-known characters from the original cartoon to rarer items that explore the franchise’s extensive backstory. For San Diego Comic-Con 2026, Hasbro is offering attendees both classic and hard-to-find collectibles.

This year’s Comic-Con will feature two exclusive G.I. JOE figure sets. They’re designed to appeal to both dedicated fans and those who enjoy a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Hasbro will be selling two exclusive figure sets – Fatal Fluffies and Shipwreck vs. Cadet Deming – at San Diego Comic-Con 2026. These sets will be available for purchase at the convention as long as supplies last, but limited quantities will also be sold on Hasbro Pulse online after the event. Even if you only have a ticket for one day of the Con, Hasbro usually restocks each day, so you’ll still have a chance to buy them. And for those who can’t attend in person, there will be another opportunity to purchase the sets online.

G.I. JOE Classified Series Fatal Fluffies – $54.99

The Fatal Fluffies 6-inch figure set is a perfect find for dedicated G.I. JOE collectors who enjoy rare items. These figures are based on the 80s miniseries “The Pyramid of Darkness.” Initially appearing cute and fuzzy, the creatures undergo a disturbing transformation thanks to Cobra’s meddling, becoming far less adorable in the process.

The Fatal Fluffies packaging is fantastic, clearly inspired by cereal boxes from decades ago. It includes fun activities on the back, a cool design of the Fluffy character on the front, and a playful reference to the transforming whistle that was part of the original toy line.

The figure set includes both the classic version and the ‘Fatal Fluffies’ version, along with lots of accessories. These include a fireball or small flames to suggest fire-breathing, a whip, a pistol, a swappable face, and a note from Cobra.

As a collector myself, I’m already predicting this will be the must-have item from Hasbro at Comic-Con 2026. The packaging looks fantastic, which is a big deal for us in-box collectors, but even if you want to display it, there’s a ton of poseability and ways to make it really interactive. It’s a win-win!

G.I. JOE Classified Series Shipwreck vs Cadet Deming – $64.99

The other exclusive G.I. JOE set features a character most fans will recognize, though it’s still a bit obscure. It’s based on a two-part episode where Shipwreck is questioned by Cadet Deming. This 6-inch figure set costs a little more than the ‘Fatal Furries’ set, but it includes two figures and a lot of extra accessories.

The G.I. JOE set offers lots of details for fans, from Cadet Deming’s classic Cobra helmet to Shipwreck’s parrot, Polly. It even includes a large playset piece to recreate memorable scenes. With so many G.I. JOE toys available, it’s great to see Hasbro drawing inspiration from specific episodes to give dedicated collectors something special.

As someone who grew up in San Diego, Comic-Con is my favorite time of year. There’s so much to experience – previews of upcoming movies, TV shows, and video games, amazing exhibits, and incredible artwork. But what I enjoy most is discovering exclusive merchandise you can only get at the event. Companies really pull out all the stops, and Hasbro is a great example.
