To unlock the Day Off S-Class Arc in Neverness To Everness, you’ll need to complete a secret quest where you help Eclipse learn about human feelings. This involves finding hidden anomalies in various locations – the game doesn’t provide any map markers to guide you. Here’s a guide on how to obtain the special weapon for your character in NTE.
How To Get Free S-Class Arc (Day Off Arc) In NTE
The “Day Off S-Rank” challenge unlocks a special achievement later in the game. To obtain the weapon in NTE, locate and talk to Eclipse at these specific locations.
Eclipse Location 1 In NTE
Star at the Bureau of Anomaly Control located in Area M10.
Approach the anomaly called Eclipse and speak with her.
Now, go to the settings and set the time for tomorrow at 8 AM. Also, make sure the weather is set to Sunny.
Speak with Eclipse again to find out more about her curiosity towards humans.
Eclipse Location 2 In NTE
To get to Eclipse’s second spot, called Neverness To Everness, go northeast from Hankaku Street and climb to the top of the red building.
If you can’t find Eclipse, wait until 8 AM the next day when it’s sunny. Then, speak with the strange occurrence and get ready to move on to the next place.
Eclipse Location 3 In NTE
Head towards Fiscus Avenue in Illuision Town. From the Wertheimer Tower, go east and look for the building with the gift shop – it’s marked with a gift box icon, so it’s easy to spot.
Approach Eclipse and speak with her.
Eclipse Location 4 In NTE
Just like before, go to Hanakaku Street and walk east across the street, staying near the beach.
Speak with Eclipse to proceed with the hidden quest in NTE.
Eclipse Location 5 In NTE
Head to Tikal Bridge near the Bureau of Anomaly Control and climb the rope to the side.
Near the summit, you’ll need to glide down to the lower archway, then climb the walls to reach the higher one.
Once you’ve climbed to the top, talk to Eclipse and persuade her not to destroy the world.
Eclipse Location 6 In NTE
You can find Eclipse back at the Bureau of Anomaly Control. Talk to her there one last time to unlock the S-Rank for the Day Off arc.
How To Get World Changer Achievement In NTE
To finish the secret quest, head to the Orichalcos Imaginist Tower and find the Curious Kid. He wants to witness a solar eclipse.
Activating the Day Off ability will summon a strange anomaly, creating an eclipse that lasts for 40 seconds. Doing so earns you the World Changer achievement and finishes the Eclipse-themed set in NTE.
