Outstanding Balance Quest Guide in ARC Raiders

Finished everything in ARC Raiders? The new Flashpoint update adds even more to do! Prepare for new challenges as you explore the desolate wastelands, battling relentless machines and tricky opponents.

In the “Outstanding Balance” quest, you’ll explore the map to find a mischievous Raider who didn’t keep his promise to Tian Wen – a decision that’s sure to cause trouble!

Let’s take a look at how to get this mission done, and nab that cheating Dodger!

Prerequisites

This mission takes you to a busy area of Blue Gate called the Traffic Tunnel. You’ll encounter ARC units on the ground, and you might even run into a powerful Bastion or Bombardier. With the latest update, be aware that Shredders are now patrolling this location as well!

Make sure you have powerful weapons to defeat the monsters, and if you can, bring a Photoelectric Cloak to help you avoid detection.

Plus, this quest requires you to deliver a specific item, so you have to complete it in a single attempt. If you die while carrying Dodger’s Note, you’ll have to start the entire quest over.

Outstanding Balance Quest Walkthrough

Traffic Tunnel

First, start a new game on the Blue Gate map and make your way to the Tunnels. You can reach them by going through the Checkpoint area, or by using one of the many ladders located in the north part of the map that lead underground.

Go all the way to the far end of the area, specifically the right corner of the northwest tunnel. You’ll find a hidden compartment called Dodger’s Stash. Open it, and it will trigger a fuse to blow. Of course, it’s never quite that simple, is it?

If you’re fortunate and fast, you might stumble upon a hidden stash of weapons. Just be careful – other Raiders might be looking for it too!

Pilgrim’s Peak

Once you exit the tunnel, make your way back to the surface and travel northeast towards the large antenna on top of Pilgrim’s Peak.

Okay, so you need to head to the bottom of that big antenna. You’ll see a small door that leads to a zipline going straight up. Ride that zipline, and this is the tricky part – you want to jump off right before you get to the very top! If you time it right, you’ll land in a hidden little room just below the top platform. It might take a few attempts to get the hang of the jump, especially if it’s your first time finding this spot!

Now, find the Dodger’s Bag. Look around the room – it’s hidden between two orange machines. Once you find it, interact with the bag and then pick up the Note that falls out.

Now, bring this note to the nearest extraction point and deliver it to Tian Wen.

Rewards

For completing this quest, you will receive the following:

  • 1x Gothic Graffiti (Aviator Colour)
  • 1x Extended Medium Mag III
  • 1x Silencer II

After finishing this quest, you’ll receive a new mission from Tian Wen called “Settled in Full.” To complete it, you’ll need to destroy a Bastion and bring its Cell to cover the Dodger’s debt.
