After a strong start to the year with the release of Overwatch’s latest season, the game is facing new criticism. The recent 10th-anniversary event has upset many fans, primarily because the promised “Launch Hero Skins” are just basic recolors and don’t live up to the excitement. Players are also disappointed by the limited number of anniversary loot boxes—only 15, with just 5 containing legendary skins.
