At the beginning of Pragmata, your Shelter will start at level zero. As you play and find Shelter License Keys – usually by defeating bosses at the end of each Sector – you’ll unlock more features. These include new weapons and hacking options for Hugh, plus Stamp Boards, abilities, upgrades, special Training Simulation missions, and access to Read Earth Memory collections.

In the game Pragmata, you can find 5 Shelter License Keys by beating sector bosses and finishing missions after the main story ends.
