PS5 owners looking for new games have five titles to anticipate in June 2026. The PlayStation 5 has already had a strong year, with many popular games launching on the system and Sony releasing the critically acclaimed exclusive, Saros. Fortunately, more exciting games are on the way!
Sony has officially announced that the highly anticipated Wolverine game, exclusive to PlayStation 5, will launch on September 15th. Plus, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, another PlayStation exclusive, is coming out on August 6th. While those games are still a few months off, there are several other exciting titles releasing much sooner.
This is not a comprehensive list of every PS5 game releasing in June 2026.

As a PlayStation fan, I always know June tends to be a bit quieter when it comes to big releases, and this year seems to be following that pattern. But don’t worry, there are still some cool games coming out this month! I’m really excited about Gothic 1 Remake, which drops on June 5th. Then, on June 18th, we’ve got The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to look forward to. If you’re into sports games, EA Sports UFC 6 comes out on June 19th, and fighting game fans should definitely keep an eye out for Dead or Alive 6: Last Round on June 25th. It’s a solid month for gaming, even if it’s not the biggest!

Among the PS5 games coming out in June 2026, I’m most excited about The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. It’s an action-RPG with a beautiful art style, similar to what Square Enix has done with other games. Based on what I’ve seen, the gameplay feels a lot like the Zelda series, so it should offer a similar experience for PlayStation 5 players.
PlayStation fans have even more to look forward to in June, beyond the new games already announced. Sony has confirmed a new “State of Play” presentation on Tuesday, June 2nd at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. This event will last for over an hour and will even be shown in some theaters, hinting at some major announcements. So far, the only confirmed game is Wolverine, but we can expect to see much more revealed.
The PlayStation State of Play event on June 2nd should give fans a clearer picture of the games coming to PS5 this summer and during the holidays. Many developers will probably try to release their games at different times than GTA 6, which is launching on November 19th, so we might see more announcements about games planned for 2027 and beyond. We’ll have to wait and see what’s revealed.
