The Streamer Awards for 2025 have concluded, with all the winners announced. While many of the results were expected, a few surprising creators also took home trophies. Predictably, TheBurntPeanut won the award for Best VTuber.
TheBurntPeanut has had an amazing year, achieving impressive results and rapidly increasing his popularity. His fun, energetic videos, funny animations, and engaging gameplay have drawn a large audience. This year, he surpassed Ironmouse, who had been the leading creator for the past three years.
TheBurntPeanut is Your VTuber of The Year
If you haven’t heard of TheBurntPeanut, a quick look at his best moments on YouTube will show you what he’s all about. He’s a lively animated peanut who uses different character skins and outfits, paired with fast-paced commentary and funny gameplay, to entertain a huge audience.
TheBurntPeanut has had a breakout year, gaining significant popularity through games like Escape from Tarkov and ARC Raiders.
At The Streamer Awards this year, the nominations were pretty close to call:
- Chibidoki
- Ironmouse
- Kenji
- Mori Calliope
- TheBurntPeanut
Ironmouse had won the VTuber of the Year award at The Streamer Awards three times in a row, but TheBurntPeanut had an exceptionally strong year and took the prize this time.
In his acceptance speech, TheBurntPeanut said:
I am honored to accept this Best VTuber of the Year award.
I’m incredibly honored to receive the Best VTuber of the Year award! I want to give a huge thanks to QTCinderella for hosting such a fantastic award show, and to the whole Peanut team for always making our streams amazing.
