We’re really excited about the upcoming expansion, The Imperial Palace, following the events in Where Winds Meet. A new trailer gives a sneak peek at the new content and activities players can enjoy when they explore the Kaifeng-inspired world.
We’ve encountered a cat who’s incredibly skilled in fighting, and we think he might give us a powerful new weapon, called the Gauntlet, if we can beat him. We’re hoping for a gentle sparring match – he’s such a majestic creature, it would be a shame to hurt him.
The game features fun moments like a slap-fighting competition, and our hero even gets a chance to unwind with some peaceful fishing. However, don’t expect a long break – powerful enemies are waiting to stop you from completing your quest through the palace. These foes are skilled fighters, but for players who are good at the game’s combat system, they’ll provide a satisfying challenge – and valuable rewards!
We really enjoyed this quick preview of The Imperial Palace, and it looks fantastic for its release on May 28th.
