Okay, so I heard about this guy, Nirmala, trying to buy weapons on the black market in 007 First Light using crypto. Apparently, if I can hack his crypto wallet, I’ll get a ton of cash – enough to cover the auction fee, and it’ll also finish up that Secure Transaction challenge in 007 First Light. Here’s how I’m gonna start and complete that Crypto Wallet side quest.

How to Start the Crypto Wallet Quest in 007 First Light (Secure Transaction Challenge)

In the 007 First Light mission “The Past Never Dies,” the “Secure Transaction” is a task within the Crypto wallet questline. You begin by simply speaking with Nirmala, who can be found to the left of the ramp James Bond uses to access Aleph’s black market.

Be sure to talk to Nirmala about everything she has to say. This will also unlock the Cup Game quest for James in 007 First Light.

Nirmala will tell you about someone attempting to buy weapons with a cryptocurrency that’s essentially worthless. After speaking with her, head straight through the tunnel across from her stall – it leads to the other side of the market. As soon as you emerge, turn right to overhear a conversation.

Once you’ve gathered information, head to the market square. Look for a woman examining a tea stall – she has the Crypto Wallet hidden in the book 007 First Light. You’ll need to subtly steal it from her. The laser gadget or Dart Phone are perfect for creating a distraction and giving you the opportunity.

After you get the crypto hardware wallet, you’ll need to connect it to a nearby tower to help Moneypenny access it. This involves following a quest that leads you through a hideout used by criminals. It’s best to avoid fighting here, as each floor is full of enemies who will all attack James at once.

When you reach the top of the hideout, you’ll find the tower you need. Carefully navigate the short platforming section and connect your hardware wallet to the tower. Successfully hacking the Crypto Wallet will add $50,000 to your auction fee collection total and complete the Secure Transaction challenge in 007 First Light.
