Hinata’s got this amazing athleticism that most setters just don’t have, and Kageyama can set with a precision that almost guarantees a point. But here’s the thing – not everyone can handle Kageyama’s sets, they need incredible jumping power! Together, they’re a seriously powerful combination. What makes it even better is their competitive spirit; they constantly challenge each other, pushing their skills even further. It’s not just a partnership, it’s a rivalry that makes watching them so thrilling!
6. Zoro and Sanji

As a huge One Piece fan, I’m always amazed by Zoro and Sanji! They’re absolutely essential to Luffy’s journey to becoming Pirate King – seriously, he couldn’t do it without them. They’re like the ultimate power couple on the Straw Hat crew, covering each other’s weaknesses. It’s not just my opinion either, the author, Eiichiro Oda, has actually confirmed that Zoro and Sanji are vital for Luffy to achieve his dream! They’re truly his sword and shield.
Zoro and Sanji are both powerful fighters, but they also bring skills to the crew that Luffy doesn’t, like the ability to think calmly and strategically. Despite their constant bickering, they deeply respect each other and will fiercely protect one another and the rest of the crew.
5. Tanjiro and Nezuko
- Anime: Demon Slayer
Tanjiro and Nezuko are one of the most memorable pairs in recent anime. Fans worldwide adore them, largely because of the deep love and devotion they share as brother and sister.
When Nezuko turned into a demon, Tanjiro dedicated himself to helping her and finding a way to turn her back into a human, a truly touching display for viewers. Even as a demon, Nezuko repeatedly risked her life to protect Tanjiro, proving her deep love for her brother remained strong. Their many adventures together have made Tanjiro and Nezuko one of the most beloved brother-sister duos in the shonen anime genre.
4. Edward and Alphonse

Honestly, the bond between Bakugo and Izuku is just amazing to me! It’s so cool to see how far they’ve come, especially considering Bakugo used to completely ignore Izuku. But what really gets me is Bakugo’s journey – seeing him grow and finally acknowledge Izuku is incredible. He went from being a total bully to risking everything to protect him, trying to make up for how he treated Deku. That kind of development just takes their friendship to a whole other level, and it’s honestly one of the best things about the series!

Naruto and Sasuke are arguably the most famous duo in shonen anime, and their global popularity is a major reason why. The relationship between these two characters – Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha – is central to almost the entire Naruto series. When Sasuke left their village, Naruto relentlessly pursued him, and even when others turned against Sasuke, Naruto continued to defend him.
I’ve watched Naruto and Sasuke clash countless times, often as rivals. But even through all their battles, it was clear how much they cared for each other – a bond that was truly special. After their last big fight, they really started working together, protecting the peace they’d risked everything for during the Fourth Great Ninja War. They’ve already faced down some incredibly powerful enemies as a team, and I have a feeling their adventures aren’t over yet.
