Bakugo Starts His Own Hero Agency

Bakugo Invites Deku To Join Him

Around eight years following the conclusion of the main tale, it was disclosed that Bakugo had established his own hero agency. Interestingly, Bakugo extended an invitation for Deku to join this agency, but Deku chose not to accept. At that moment, it appeared as though Bakugo didn’t have a partner, and he turned down every applicant because they weren’t genuinely keen on surpassing him. It is evident that Bakugo has solidified his status as a highly influential hero.

Bakugo Becomes The Number 5 Hero

In conclusion, it’s revealed towards the end that Bakugo occupies the fifth position among Japan’s Heroes. This fact is directly stated in a one-shot by the creator, Horikoshi. After witnessing Deku’s ascent, Bakugo has been putting in extra effort, which led him to move up in the ranks. However, it’s worth noting that despite holding the #5 position, he is currently the strongest Hero according to Horikoshi himself, as suggested by the Ultra Age Fanbook.

A young man harboring dreams of becoming the top hero. He’s tough, assertive, and exceptionally skilled in combat. His childhood friend Izuku sparks a fierce rivalry due to his rapid development, yet he eventually recognizes his abilities. Post-graduation, he serves as an apprentice under Jeanist before going solo. His prowess in battle is said to be on par with or surpassing Lemillion’s, but his rough demeanor persists, making it challenging for him to advance in the rankings. When joining forces with others, his status among senior heroes mysteriously increases. He’s generally admired by older heroes in My Hero Academia’s Ultra Age Fanbook.
